Presentation is extremely minimal with this box. The outside of the box is plain and the inside has wadded up paper to keep the items from shifting.

Maqui Berry Beauty Whip ($68) Our first luxurious product is a deeply moisturizing lotion that can be used as a mask, primer, or face lotion.
Ingredients include aloe, olive oil, and jojoba oil. I was surprised to find alcohol listed as the third ingredient, especially since this is a very emollient product. Hyaluronic acid helps draw moisture to the skin and a few plant essences and oils adds just a hint of scent.
The lotion is a creamy white and it took a while for my skin to absorb all of that goodness. You can rinse it off after 30 minutes or so or just go ahead and apply makeup over the top if you wish.
Maqui Berry Beauty Drops PM ($85) We received this same oil a while back and I am happy to see it again, it’s a good one!
It has a much shorter list of ingredients than the Beauty Whip, just baobab oil, maqui berry oil, vanilla extract, and tangerine essential oil.
The maqui berry may help fight inflammation and is full of antioxidants. This product claims to reduce dark spots and while helping to revive stressed skin.
Use 5-7 drops and apply to clean skin. You can also mix it with the Beauty Whip shown above. This is a PM product meant to be used before bedtime and since it contains tangerine oil, I would stick with using it at night and make sure to wear sunscreen during the day. It has a lovely citrus scent and my skin really liked this oil.
The Pearlesque December box had two of Skin Owl’s most popular products and I am very happy with them both! I use oils and serums year round but they are especially nice in the winter months when my skin is super stressed. The value for this box was around $153! Keep in mind that you will receive a face oil or serum pretty much every month and that Pearlesque is primarily a facial product box with the occasional body oil from time to time.
