BroglieBox is a quarterly subscription box that is filled with 6-7 full sized items and resources for mental health and stress relief. They also include a quarterly issue of Piece of Mind Magazine, which features timely and useful articles, self-help guides, and visual tools from a variety of published psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health experts. BroglieBox may help promote wellness but is not intended to replace professional help, but is a good box to help put new practices and ideas in place. BroglieBox is $65 a quarter or sign up for a yearly term and the price drops to $58 a box. Shipping is included.

BroglieBox is an all-inclusive quarterly subscription box designed to promote optimal mental health and overall wellness. Each beautifully designed box includes full-size curated gift items such as essential oils, stress and anxiety combating tools, coloring therapy books, candles, aromatherapy, journals, calendars, self-help guides and more.

This is my very first BroglieBox!

My items were wrapped in tissue paper that was sealed with a sticker.

Looking good so far!

I received a card with contact info. If you were to gift this box to someone then a personalized note would be found on the back of the card. I want to mention that a portion of BroglieBox profits are donated to non-profits that focus on helping those with mental illness.

I found an information card with all of the products found in this box listed.

I also received the quarterly Piece of Mind magazine!

There are 31 pages so I won’t show them all but will point out some of the articles.

I found healthy recipe ideas and an article on grief, plus articles on improving self-esteem, tips for social media interactions, and mindfullness techniques.

They even had some exercises, including pictures! The magazine was very nicely done and informative.

Everything in my box!

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion ($19.95) Looking around at the Ancient Minerals products, it looks like this is their best option for sensitive skin. The idea is that magnesium can be absorbed through the skin and this lotion provides 40mg of elemental magnesium chloride with each pump.

Ingredients look pretty natural and include shea butter, coconut oil, and hyaluronic acid.

I had to pump it a lot before product came out. I applied 1 pump per arm and really liked the lotion. It wasn’t greasy and is unscented. It didn’t take long for me to rub it into my skin. Magnesium is supposed to promote overall health although how much of it is actually absorbed through skin isn’t clear.

New Age Smudges & Herbs Combo Pack ($9.91) I have encountered sage bundles and palo santo sticks in boxes before. We received two bundles of sage and two sticks of palo santo.

Instructions for use were on the back of the package and what you basically do is light a bundle or stick, let it burn for about 30 seconds if you can, then blow it out. It should be rather smoky, and then with an open mind you walk around with the piece (place a plate or bowl underneath to catch ashes) and use it to “clear the air” of negative energies in each room you enter. I say a prayer of protection for my family while I do it. I prefer to think of it as something that helps me focus on happiness and positive energy and at any rate it leaves behind a sweet smokey scent that I enjoy.

Our next item came with a discount code for a weighted blanket. I’ve used weighted blankets in my work with children on the autism spectrum so I know it can help calm a restless body.

BlanQuil Dream Shades ($29) Subscribers received a weighted sleep mask!

The sleep mask has a soft velour side facing out. It is filled with thousands of tiny glass beads!

The inside is lined with satin and there is an adjustable strap. I can’t sleep on my back so I didn’t get to wear this to bed, but I did try it on and it blocked out 100% of light, something no other mask I’ve tried has be able to do. The only problem I had with it, even after wearing for just a few moments, is that my vision was blurred for a few minutes afterwards. I’m not sure if that is normal but was a little disconcerting to me. Maybe I need to loosen it a bit. There is a zipper so you can remove the cover for washing.

Mindfulness On The Go Cards ($16.95) Our next item helps us stay in the moment.

The back of the card gave a little info on what I would find inside.

There are 52 cards inside. Choose one card a week and focus on the directions on the card.

Here is the front of one of the cards. I don’t usually think about the bottoms of my feet unless I’m walking on something hot or cold, so this will take some mindfullness for sure.

The reason behind the action is explained on the back of the card. I think this is a good way to bring more mindfullness to everyday activities.

We received an exclusive BroglieBox Phone Grip/Stand.

The back has 3M tape to help it stick securely to your phone. You can prop your phone up to watch whatever or use it as a handle.

i11 5.0 True Wireless Headset ($21.91) We also received a pair of wireless earphones, and they look a lot like the apple ones my oldest daughter owns, but at a fraction of the price.

They came in a BroglieBox branded charging case. It’s about the size of a pack of dental floss.

Pop them open and find them nestled in their little bed.

They have little lights that blink too!

Inside the bottom of the box I found a charger cord and instructions. I haven’t used this item yet, and plan on giving them to my younger daughter. She wants the Apple ear buds and I think we will see if she can keep from losing these before we make a big purchase like that. You might want to wear them while exercising or to listen to relaxing sounds or music as stress relief.

IN: Total Wellness Herbal Stress Formula ($7.48) I found three packs of a drink mix supplement that is supposed to “promote calmness and mental clarity”.

I found two packs of Wildberry flavor and one pack of Acai-Pom Berry flavor.

Ingredients and supplement facts were on the back of each package.

I mixed it up with water and tried to drink it but it was overwhelmingly sweet, but I have a problem with all things sweetened by monkfruit (and stevia and nutrisweet etc) so it may not bother you. It was fruity and yes it tasted like vitamins. It was also effervescent and some of the ingredients didn’t dissolve all the way, but that was to be expected.

Jonsteen Seed Bonsai Tree Growing Kit ($8.99) I’ve received seeds before but never one that grows into a mini tree!

It says everything I need to grow this tree is inside the can.

Inside the can I found seeds, growing medium, a mini-greenhouse, and detailed instructions. In the end I should have a Chinese Juniper plant. This one will take some time to grow I’m sure!

I was pretty happy with my Fall BroglieBox! I thought the mini magazine was well done and enjoyed reading the articles. I was very excited to receive the earbuds and I have been using the lotion regularly. The rest of the items were perfect for employing mindfullness in my daily life, something that gets ignored in the hustle and bustle of just living. I found this box to have a value of around $114.19, well above the price paid for the box!
