We Love Single Women

At SinglesSwag, we do not subscribe to any societal or cultural expectations on women. We believe a woman’s happiness is determined by her outlook and attitude, not by her relationship status. We love to make single women look and feel beautiful, while empowering and inspiring them. We hope that our monthly package, created with love and delivered right to your doorstep will contribute to your happiness and well being. Never settle.

October’s SinglesSwag box. Love the druzy stone on the bracelet.

The information card contains a brief description of each item and its value. This month’s quote is, “Don’t be afraid to give yourself everything you’ve ever wanted.” I’m going to throw in a disclaimer and say that this should be within reason. Yes, indulge yourself, but don’t break the bank to do it. LOL!

Way of Will | Strengthening Nail + Cuticle Serum ($24):  Going into fall, the air gets drier and so do our hands. Keep yours (and your cuticles) looking healthy with this serum. It is infused with an essential oil blend that moisturizes skin, protects cuticles from dryness and damage, and strengthens brittle nails to prevent chipping and breakage. Key ingredients such as meadow foam, argan oil, and Vitamin E hydrate and nourish the skin.

Cali Cosmetics | Ibla Ultra-Hydrating Hand Cream ($22):  I wasn’t able to find this particular hand cream on the Cali Cosmetics site, but I did link to a similar one that has been featured in SinglesSwag before. The first thing I noticed about this cream was the scent – it is definitely infused with orange blossom, which is more floral than the fruity notes of orange. The formula is also enriched with Sicilian honey and Italian olive oil. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly into skin. I love receiving tubes of hand cream. They always come in handy (no pun intended). I keep them everywhere – the car, my purse, my office, and all over my house. I just hate the feeling of dry, chapped hands. I am not sure if the listed pricing is correct. On the Cali Cosmetics site, the hand creams are $20-$22 for 4.0 oz. This is 2.5 oz., so I’m pricing this at $14.

Brilliance New York | Perfect Finish Moroccan Argan Oil Serum ($40):  So, my first thought when I looked at the packaging was that this is called Brilliance New York, but it is based out of Miami and maybe should have a new name. Just sayin’. ??‍♀️ This is a lightweight finishing shine serum with Moroccan Argan Oil to hydrate and nourish. You can apply this to wet or dry hair; however, I prefer to use it on dry hair to boost shine. This has a light, powdery scent and a little goes a long way.

Indigo Authority | Mila Peach Quartz Adjustable Chain Bracelet ($68):  I apologize, but I wasn’t able to verify any details on this bracelet. The website does not show any items – it only allows you to subscribe to a mailing list. This is a 10″ adjustable chain bracelet in rose gold finish featuring a peach druzy stone. It has a sliding clasp, allowing you to adjust the fit. The fine chain lends this bracelet to layering with other pieces.

Here’s a look at the bracelet on me. I’ve tightened the chain but could have left it with a slightly looser fit.

Vivian Roe | Good Vibes Baseball Hat ($26):  Again, another item that I couldn’t verify details on. Apparently, Vivian Roe is dedicated to “Igniting women through fashion”. Not quite sure what that means since I couldn’t see any fashion on their site either – only signup for their mailing list. This adjustable fit baseball cap is made from 100% cotton and has a vintage washed style with “Good Vibes” embroidered on the front. This will be great for keeping the sun out of my face during late afternoon walks.

Trifle Cosmetics | Liquid Glow ($24):  Want to add a little bit of rosy highlights to your look? Then this is luminizer is just what you need. This cream formula is made with Cocoa extract to hydrate and soften skin while adding a soft glow. Just dab a small amount to the high points of your face (cheekbones, brow bones, and cupid’s bow) and go. I sometimes add a little luminizer to my foundation when I want a natural glow look. This product is vegan and cruelty-free. It also does not contain mineral oil, parabens, phthalates, or gluten.

I’ve diffused a bit onto my arm to show how brilliant this can be. Little product = lots of shine.

The Decorated Cookie Co. | Sugar Skull Cookie ($4):  These are a favorite of SinglesSwag and tend to make their way into boxes periodically. This crisp sugar cookie is decorated for the Day of the Dead or Dìa de los Muertos celebration which takes place between October 31st and November 2nd. Now, just need a tall glass of cold milk!

This month’s box was designed with fall in mind, from the hat to keep the sun out of your eyes and wind from blowing away your hair to the cuticle oil and hand cream to keep your digits in tip-top form. I like the Trifle Cosmetics Liquid Glow. It’s perfect for adding a little light to your face on the dullest of days. The October SinglesSwag box had a listed value of $208. I disagree with the listed price on the hand cream, so my value is slightly lower. But, the total is still around $200… not too shabby when compared to the price of a single box.

Whether you’re single or attached, I think you can enjoy this box. Plus, what a great monthly box if you’re searching for something to replace your monthly POPSUGAR Must Have Box!
