Each month includes an information card.

On one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I sometimes do them after a run when I still have a lot of juice left and I want to push myself a bit more.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items.

SuperSeedz Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds – Maple Sugar & Sea Salt. Delicious crunchy pumpkin seeds coated with a sweet and salty layer.

Purely Inspired Organic Protein – Vanilla. We received this protein powder in a previous box, and I’m ok with it. It’s a good vegan protein powder, it’s tasty and not overly sweet or grainy. The powder does settled down quickly at the botton of my shaker, but a quick swirl and it’s all good to go.  Each package contains 20g of plant protein (from organic pea protein and organic brown rice protein), has 7g of fiber and only 2g of protein. It’s sweetened with stevia and organic cane sugar.

IncrediPuffs – Cinnamon Apple Pie and Sizzlin’ Sriracha. Made with cornmeal, these puffs are light and delicious. They are gluten-free, peanut-free and are also vegan. Both flavors are great, although I would say they are mild.

SinFit Protein Cookie – Birthday Cake and Snickerdoodle Chocolate Chip Cookie. These cookies contain 20g of proteins for 310 calories each. I’ve tried the Snickerdoodle and it has a nice light cinnamon flavor with a bit of chocolate. It’s not powdery or grainy, they even have little crispy pieces in them to make the texture more interesting. They do contain peanuts, so I would not travel with them.

Bob’s Red Mill Bob’s Better Bar – Peanut Butter Jelly and Peanut Butter Apple Spice. These bars are made with peanuts and whole grain oats with a bunch of flavors and spices.

Wicked Cutz Beef Stick – Smoked Mesquite.  These beef sticks are always great for on-the-go snacks, and I enjoy them with an apple and a slice of cheese.

Supernola – Triple Berry Vanilla. These clusters are made with almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, berry powder and vanilla.

I like that we got two flavors of a single snacks in this month’s box, making it easier to have a better tasting experience based on your personal favorites. I really liked the IncrediPuffs and that we got it in a more sweet flavor and one in a savory flavor, making this snack very versatile. Overall, this box was more on the sweeter side, but there was a nice variety of flavors and texture to please a lot of people. And I really like that this box comes with a new workout every month to add some variety in my workout routine.
