nmnl is a monthly beauty subscription box by the brains behind Tokyo Treat and Yume Twins. This is the new and improved nmnl! For the last few years since their launch, they have only included Japanese beauty brands but have taken subscriber wishes into consideration and have redesigned it to feature both Japanese and Korean beauty!

DEAL: Use coupon code HELLOSUBS at checkout to save 10% ($3.50) on your first box!

The items were wrapped in pink tissue paper.

The booklet has also been redesigned and features the same content as before, from box contents to contests and photo features.

Sanrio x Fate Grand Order Stamping Set — Last month nmnl sent us a cute Sanrio x Fate Grand Order eyeshadow palette and this month they sent us a stamping set! These are fun and easy ways to decorate your nails. You use the metal stamping disc to choose a design, cover it with polish, scrape away the excess then use the stamper to lift the design off the plate and onto your nail. My friend Katie is OBSESSED with the Fate mobile game, so like the palette she’s going to be so happy to try this!

Hello Kitty Makeup Pouch — A super kawaii Hello Kitty makeup pouch. It’s quite small, 4x3x3″, but could definitely fit a few smaller items like a mirror, lipgloss, or other essentials.

It’s officially licensed!

Candy Lip Gloss — A kawaii lip gloss in a lollipop shaped container. Japanese makeup has the cutest packaging!

Peach Bath Bomb — Guess what? This bath bomb has a surprise inside! Once the peachy scented fizzy bath bomb has dissolved, there’s a cute ring toy inside! I can’t wait!

Peach Hand Cream — Wow, the theme of this month’s box is peaches for sure! This is a hand cream with a GORGEOUS Korean manga inspired design on the front. I love this artwork, and this will be a great item to have in my purse when my hands are dry.

Kirby Lip Balm — Everyone loves Kirby, the eternally hungry Nintendo character! Japan did a collab with Nintendo and released limited edition versions of this lip balm featuring Kirby in famous Japanese scenes and locations. I got Kirby at the famous Mt Fuji, or Fujiyama! (Yama means “mountain”). The lip balm is a peach flavour and keeps my lips feeling as soft and pillowy as Kirby!

nmnl often sends sheet masks, and this month we received two!

Nam Chi Ni Message Mask — A fun mask! The mask sheet has messages in Korean printed on it. Several variations were sent out and I got the Moisturizing kind which will nourish and hydrate the skin.

BT21 Mask — BT21 is a series of animated characters designed by the popular boyband BTS! Mang is the pony character created by J-Hope, who is one of my favourites. He wears a mask because he’s a bit shy, and his heart-shaped nose is so cute! This is a face point mask which means instead of one large mask, it is smaller masks you can use on points on your face or body that might need an extra boost of hydration.

The November nmnl box was a fun mix of makeup and skincare, and I love the Hello Kitty makeup pouch! It was fun having a lot of licensed items from Sanrio, Nintendo, and even BTS!
