The Fall 2019 L.O.L. Surprise Box shipping has been delayed! Boxes now ship mid-November.

Hi Brandy,
We wanted to provide an update on the L.O.L. Surprise! Winter Disco box.
We want to make sure our subscribers have the best, most exclusive experience possible! Unfortunately, one of our items did not meet our standards, and we are working on fixing that item, which has caused a shipping delay.
Since the items in every L.O.L. Surprise! box are custom-made, it’s really important that the finished product is of our best possible quality. We’d rather wait until this item is ready than deliver less than what you expect.
We initially planned on shipping your box this month. However, we need a bit more time. Our current shipping estimate is now mid-November, and we will send you a follow-up email the first week of November with another update.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused and we hope that this box will be worth the wait.
