Macy’s Beauty Box is a monthly subscription that delivers five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, and a collectible cosmetics bag for $15 per month. Beauty Box subscribers also get an exclusive $5 beauty coupon that can be used online and in-store.

Each package comes with a Macy Beauty Box booklet.

We also got a $5 off coupon. The coupon is valid in-store or online from 8/30/19 until 10/25/19. Check out these categories sorted from low to high price: Bath & Body, Natural BeautyMakeup, Skincare, and Travel-size.

Unfortunately, Macy’s has totally decimated this benefit by starting to charge shipping on beauty orders. This benefit is basically nothing unless you are looking to buy a $49+ item or you can use it in-store.

The information booklet gives you a list of all the items included in the box.

ON THE GLOW

Schedules get busy but beauty is always a priority. Keep your skin radiant and your glam game on point with these skin care upgrades and travel-friendly tools and make-up.

Some items even included tips on how to use them.

Everything in the September 2019 Macy’s Beauty Box!

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hr Blush in Exposed ($29) I got the clay blush in Exposed! It’s a nude pink shade, which complements most skin tones.

This powder blush has a true color mineral pigment that you can layer without having to worry about harsh lines or buildup. It also contains Amazonian clay and vitamin E, which helps control oil and keeps moisture to ensure longevity.

Just apply on the apples of your cheeks using a blush brush and continue on blending into the skin for the perfect glow. I love how easily blendable it is!

NudeStix Intense Matte Pencil ($22.88) We’re all about glowing skin this month, but I’m glad they also included a makeup item to help me glam up. It’s a matte lipstick and I got it in Belle, a plum nude shade.

The creamy pencil glides easily and stays on for a long time. It’s also intensely pigmented and provides full coverage!

Created For Macy’s 2-in-1 Blender & Brush ($8) Hooray for multi-tasking beauty tools! This one has a sponge blender on one end and a fluffy blush on the other. The handle is short, but it was easy to use and I didn’t encounter any problems using each end!

Azzaro Wanted Girl ($2.65) I love getting perfume samples, especially if it’s as alluring as this one. It’s dominated with floral notes, with medium sillage.

The scent opens with notes of ginger blossom, orange blossom, pink pepper, and pomegranate. At the heart are datura and dulce de leche, enveloped with haitian vetiver, tonka, and patchouli essence. It’s perfect for me!

Azzaro Wanted Man ($1.04) This is the men’s version of Azzaro Wanted Girl, a woody and spicy scent.

It’s long-lasting with heavy sillage. Lemon, ginger, lavender, and mint jive wonderfully on the top, followed by middle notes composed of Guatemalan cardamom, juniper, apple, and geranium. It ends with Haitian vetiver, tonka bean, and amberwood. Such an intoxicating scent!

Strivectin Anti-Wrinkle Wrinkle Recode Serum ($22.25) Here’s another skin-loving item to give us that coveted glow, a concentrated serum made with an anti-aging blend of dhatelo and macadamia oils and StriVectin’s patented form of niacin which helps strengthen the skin barrier. The rich serum targets lines, wrinkles, dullness, and rough texture. Its non-greasy formula keeps the skin nourished all day long and promises to keep you younger-looking with consistent use.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm ($3.94) This cleansing balm gets rid of stubborn makeup and even sunscreen effortlessly. It’s non-greasy and non-drying, and all you need is to massage it over your dry face. Rinse it with warm water afterwards and then use a clean towel to pat it dry. Those three simple steps are easy to follow even on lazy days.

The formula is gentle on my skin and I only need a small amount to get the job done. It’s really amazing!

Perricone MD High Potency Face Finishing & Firming Moisturizer ($8.62) The key to glowing skin is in finding the right moisturizer! This one is exactly what I need because aside from its hydrating properties that leave the skin smooth and luminous, it’s also packed with anti-aging benefits. Key ingredients include Alpha Lipoic Acid that reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and enlarged pores, and Vitamin C Ester which gives a vibrant and healthy glow.

To use, apply a generous amount on your face. It’s also ideally used in the morning and evening for best results. It’s surprisingly light for a moisturizer as potent as this. I also loved that it’s rose scented!

Macy’s curation this month helped me glow up effortlessly, with top-quality brands and products at that! I’m really impressed with all the skincare items. The cleanser, moisturizer, and serum already make up a routine, and the best thing is that they’re all perfect for my dry skin. They even added a couple of fragrance samples, which I both liked. Of course, the glow up won’t be complete without a touch of a blush and a swipe of lipstick! This box felt full and with a total retail value of $98, it’s evident that they’re stepping up their game!
