Green Kid Crafts offers two age ranges –  the Junior Discovery Box (ages 2-4) or the Discovery Box (ages 5-10+). This is a review of the Discovery box! Green Kid Crafts also offers a Sibling Discovery Box (ages 2-10+).

The box itself is in green, with cute doodles on it, and all the items are packed neatly inside it.

This box’s theme is BUBBLE SCIENCE.

The booklet provides essential information about the subscription and projects that you can work on.

The booklet is well detailed and informative. It provides complete instructions and details for each and every project.

There’s a total of 4 projects for this activity box!

Aside from the projects, the booklet also comes with a lot of cool on-page activities for your kids to enjoy, like puzzles and mazes.

One of the fun activities in the booklet is a bubble maze! The other page even suggests a book and a career that the kids can consider to be when they grow up!

Each month you’ll get a special badge that you can collect and stick on this badge sheet.

This month, it’s the Bubble Science Expert badge!

There goes our Bubble Expert badge! We’re excited to fill this one up with expert badges like our first one!

Everything in my box!

For the projects, we’ll need some pipettes, scoop, dawn dish soap, glycerine, pipe cleaners, stirrers, cups, beads, labels, and string.

All the projects will require the use of these items. For the first project, we made different bubble solutions. The first solution includes dish soap and water, while the second solution includes glycerine aside from the dish soap and water.

The items here are used for the fourth project, which is to make DIY bubble wands.

The pipe cleaners are easy to form into bubble wands.

We also prepared some bubble solutions using dish soap, glycerine, and water.

We put the colorful beads in the bubble wand and then prepared the pipettes by cutting the round parts at the end.

We then dipped the pipettes on the solution and blew some bubbles! Just look at how big the bubbles we’re able to make! The glycerine-dish soap solution produces a bigger bubble that stays a little longer as well.

The kids are having fun with the bubbles using the pipettes!

We also tried how long will the bubble stay before it pops!

Even my youngest tried blowing her own bubbles, and she was able to make a big one! We had so much fun!

This is definitely a fun activity box! We love making bubbles and the kids were really excited when they found out about this month’s projects! We first made the bubble blowers before doing the solutions, and from there, we just enjoyed the activities! The pipettes worked well to blow some big bubbles, and the bubble wands were pretty and effective as well. We also learned a lot about bubbles, bubble-making, and how glycerine affects the bubble solution. Everything that we needed was provided by the box so we just performed the projects easily. All we needed from home are water, marker, scissors, and bowl. We love this activity box and we’re really excited about future projects!
