I’m so excited to review another of CutiePieMarzia’s subscription boxes! It’s a quarterly box curated by CutiePieMarzia, who is an Italian Youtuber. Marzia actually recently quit YouTube to focus on her designing and art career, so I was worried her box would be shut down. Looks like it’s still going strong!

There are 2 versions of this box – the regular one for $29 per quarter, and the Very-Important-Marzipan box for $89. This is a review of the regular box. The CutiePieMarzia box ships from Toronto, Ontario and ships worldwide.

The Summer theme is LET YOURSELF GO!

The Spring box was missing the info card so it’s great to see it again. Marzia goes into why she chose each time.

Teccino Teas — Teccino’s dandelion teas were in the Spring box and this time around we have some chocory herbal teas. These are caffeine free and also acid free, which I’m pumped about since my acid reflux has been bad lately so I’ve been unable to enjoy tea.

Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair Gummies — Hair vitamins are all the rage right now, but really they’re essentially just biotin and zinc. The gummies are super cute and taste great. This is a one-day supply, not exactly enough to make a difference, but a $15 gift code brings your first bottle down to just $10 which is tempting!

Custom Print and Notebopok — Marzia used to include her own art and products in the box but lately has been featuring other artists. The Summer box features art by Erin Lougheed. There is a funky print card and a notebook.

The notebook actually has musical staffs!

Harmonica — To go with the musical notebook is a harmonica. A very cute idea!

Enamel Pins — A set of two pins with abstract designs. I love the bright colours!

Elemis Superfood Facial Wash ($5) — A gentle cleanser without sulfates or parabens. It includes pumpkin seed oil which is full of antioxidants!

Amika Silken Up Dry Conditioner ($10) — I have used Amika’s dry shampoo for years but I’ve never used a dry conditioner before. It helps smooth hair and removes frizz between washes/blowouts.

Cake Heavy Cream Body Butter — Cake is a Canadian brand that has been around for aaaaaaaaages so it’s weird to see it now in the US as it was exclusive to Canada before Ulta started carrying it.

Paul and Joe Foundation Primer — Marzia has included this product before as it’s a favourite of hers. Paul and Joe is a Japanese beauty brand on the higher end of the price scale, and they’re known for their cute cat-shaped lipsticks and adorable printed packaging. The foundation primer is lightweight and can be worn alone for a soft glow. Paul and Joe isn’t cruelty-free so I won’t personally use it, but it’s an adorable little product!

Make Moonlight Primer — A silicone free primer by Make that smooths fine lines and erases the appearance of pores. This tube is absolutely tiny but feels very nice on the skin.

CARGO Eye Pencil ($18) — Another Canadian brand! CARGO is a cruelty-free brand and their Swimmables line features waterproof makeup that is pool proof for summer. Dorado Beach is a gold bronze colour.

The Summer box was an interesting mix of items. I’m especially excited about the Amika and Elemis products but I felt there were a few too many sample sizes compared to boxes in the past. There were also two primers when I would have preferred more of a mix!
