Gacha Gacha Crate is a new box from Japan Crate that follows the gachapon craze in Japan. Each box contains six hand-selected gachapon capsules that may contain useful accessories, your favorite characters, and a whole lot more.  Boxes start at $28, and shipping is free.

DEAL: Use coupon code HELLO to get $3 off your first box.

The interior of the box has cute doodles and the presentation is really kawaii.

It’s like a nest containing six gachapon capsules sitting comfortably in orange fillers.

Every box includes a monthly Gacha Gacha magazine!

There’s a Gachapon picture contest where you need to take an awesome picture of your favorite gachapon and use the hashtags #gachagachacrate and #gachaponlover for a chance to win a full set of the gachapon you posted!

This month’s featured article is all about activities in Japan during July!

The magazine also lists all the gachapons you’ll get this month, along with some tidbits about each of them.

The gachapon capsules came in a variety of colors. Its concept is similar to surprise eggs and blind bags.

Everything in my July 2019 box!

Wood Puzzles. Getting stuff from gachapons that need assembly is cool, but getting stuff that needs to be solved is way cooler!

The puzzle has 3 wood pieces that we need to fit to form a 3D piece.

This looks really cool, and if I’m going to rate this puzzle from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest/hardest, it’s around 2.5 to 3!

Dragon Ball Z Figure. Even collectible figures featuring our favorite anime characters can fit in gachapons. We got Super Saiyan Goku, split in half!

It’s easy to assemble as you just have to connect both halves to form the awesome Saiyan figure!

It also came with support on one foot, so Goku can stand on his own. Subscribers can also get Frieza, Vegeta, or Bulma!

Pokemon Paint. Subscribers will receive an adorable 1st generation Pokemon holding something that is used for painting. It can be a Jigglypuff, a Mew, Wigglytuff, Chansey, or Slowpoke!

I got Slowpoke riding on a tube of pink watercolor paint.

The base is a darker pink as compared to the character and it looks like a big drop of paint.

Cat Wind Chime. Wind chimes are popular in Japan, especially in summer. We got a small and cute version in a gachapon!

The bell is placed hanging with the cat’s tail, so when the wind blows, the bell easily chimes along with it!

Kingdom Hearts Figure. For this Kingdom Hearts themed gachapon, you can get Sora, King Mickey, Donald Duck, Goofy, as well as enemies like Maleficent and Heartless!

I got Goofy! The base even has the game’s cool logo and the characters name!

The flat base makes it easy to display.

Hungry Kirby. The last gachapon is all about the cute Japanese character Kirby. You can get Kirby or his friends enjoying some meal!

Kirby looks hungry while holding a pizza cutter and a pizza slice!

I love how detailed the figure is despite its teeny size. It’s so colorful as well.

It’s another set of fun gachapon capsules! We really can’t get enough of the surprises they bring. The variety is good, there’s always something that appeals for kids and for adults. For this month, my favorite is the Super Saiyan Goku figure. It looks so cool and perfect for display. I like the wood puzzle as well, it’s good to have something a little challenging once in a while. If you love surprises and you’re interested in the Japanese culture as well, this is a great subscription to try!
