Each month includes an information card.

On one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I sometimes do them after a run when I still have a lot of juice left and I want to push myself a bit more.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items.

Everything in the box.

Grain Free Paleo Puffs No cheese cheesiness. It feels like a puffed cheese treat, but a bit more gooey in the mouth. They taste fine and are nicely crunchy.

Spudsy Sweet Potato Puffs – Crunchy Cinnamon. These little puffs are made with less than perfectly shaped sweet potatoes turned into powder. The taste is amazing, like puffed cinnamon toast crunch!

Luke’s Organic Potato Chips Sea Salt. The texture is like any other chips, and they are not too salty or greasy. I find them pretty average.

Chirps Eat Bugs – Barbecue Cricket Chips. First thing first: they are made with cricket FLOUR. So no excuse for not trying them, except if you are allergic to shellfish. And it doesn’t taste like “cricket”. They taste like very thin corn chips.

It’s made with stone-ground corn, High Oleic Sunflower and/or Safflower Oil, Cricket Protein (Acheta Domesticus, Gryllodes Sigillatus), Pea Flour, Chia Seeds, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavors, BBQ Seasoning.

Bob’s Red Mill Peanut Butter & Oats Better Bar in Chocolate and in Coconut flavor.  They are gluten, soy, dairy and egg-free, and they contain at least 6g of protein and 9g of sugar per bar.

Betsy’s Best Gourmet Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter with Chia Seeds. This Cashew Butter contains Roasted Cashews, Toasted Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Demerara Sugar, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cardamom, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract. There’s a nice balance between the cashew taste and the toasted coconut.

Palmonds – Salty Sweet. These dehydrated sprouted almonds are flavored with coconut aminos, that tastes almost like soy sauce, and sweetened with coconut palm blossom nectar. This is a nice take on the almond snacks.

Orgain Kids o’bars Chocolate Chip. This is a gluten-free, vegan, and low sugar whole grain snack bar. They were quite tasty, but I found them a bit on the dry side.

Vahdam 100% Pure Indian Teas – Assorted. We’ve received an assortment of 5 single-serve teas. I’ve received some black tea, green teas, chai tea, and herbal tea. We do get Vahdam Teas quite often through this subscription.

This was a fun Fitsnack box with a bit of everything including some repeats, but new things as well. I’m happy that I got to try some Cricket Chips! And I really like that this box comes with a new workout every month to add some variety in my workout routine.
