The coffee I received based on my answers was BELLA DONOVAN!

Blue Bottle Coffee’s notes do a great job of laying out the growing conditions and peculiarities of each coffee. More than any other coffee subscription, Blue Bottle tries to capture the feel and essence of its coffees rather than declaring flavor notes with absolute authority, but they do give you a good place to start. The tasting notes are usually dialed in pretty well.

Blue Bottle Coffee Bella Donovan ($17) Flavor notes of this comforting coffee include raspberry, chocolate, and molasses and it is described as a cozy “wool sweater” and is especially good with milk or cream, although my daughter tends to drink her coffee black.

There is a pull tab at the top.

The bag is resealable too. Coffee beans are freshly roasted and then sent on their way.

The smell when I opened the bag was just wonderful, so warm and comforting. My daughter said the scent is aromatic and the coffee is very strong and full-bodied with juicy flavor notes. She said it’s not for the beginner coffee drinker, but then again, cream and sugar makes just about anything taste great. I think Blue Bottle is a great way to get fresh, flavorful beans in a timely manner and the quality is superb.
