The items are protectively packaged to ensure safety during shipping.

There’s a lot of dark blue squiggles in the box. The items came in individual plastic pouches too.

The theme for May 2019 is A World Between The Covers.

The card lists all the contents of the box.

If you selected the book with your box you would have received:

YA Book Box – Romanov by Nadine Brandes ($12.32)

Adult Book Box – The Bookshop Of Yesterdays by Amy Meyerson ($14.56)

Everything in my box!

Map Stickers. Every month, subscribers get a matching sticker with the illustration on the info card. And this time, I got two!

Zodiac Bookmark ($8) Gemini, this month’s bookmark, is represented by Toyla and Tamar, both from the Grishaverse.

Collecting all these 12 zodiac bookmarks can reveal a special thirteenth piece of art. I’m so excited to get all 12 and finally reveal the last piece of art!

Westeros Enamel Pin. The series just came into conclusion, a good ending yet it gave me a sad feeling because it’s over! As a nod to the awesome run of the series, the box included this colorful Westeros enamel pin.

It shows the map of Westeros with the location of the Houses shown as their symbols!

Compass Knuckle Ring ($7) The next item is a ring packed in a blue organza pouch.

It’s a ring that has a compass as a face. Cool design!

Ravka Map Wallet ($16) This long wallet has a zipper that protects the compartments inside, while there’s another zipped pocket at the middle. It can contain some spare changes in the middle zipped compartment, while you can stash bills, receipts, or even cards on either of the open compartments inside.

I really like the painting-like design on the long wallet.

Ravka is one of the nations in the Grishaverse, and it’s bordered by True Sea at the west, Fjerda in the north, and Shu Han in the south. Its capital is Os Alta, and the main trade port is Os Kervo.

Neverland Map Mug Rug ($6) Another map item in this box features the boy who never grows up, Peter Pan, and his beloved Neverland!

The mug rug looks cool! The art looks like it’s painted in watercolor. Also, it shows the different important places in Peter’s world! It’s simply awesome, and it protects your surfaces too from stains and dirt!

Marauder’s Map Keychain ($6) Another magical item is placed in a beautiful stringed blue pouch. It features the Wizarding World!

It looks like a chunk of the Marauder’s Map, and it even included the words you need to recite to reveal the map, as it usually appears to be a blank parchment paper when not in use:

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

Prythian From Acotar T-Shirt ($25) For the monthly shirt, I got this nice Prythian map, based on the novel A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas.

Prythian is the continent where the main storyline of the novel occurred. And on this map, we can see the courts that make up the whole continent: Summer Court, Autumn Court, Winter Court, Spring Court, Night Court, Day Court, and the Dawn Court. The art used in this shirt design is an old map style, and it looks astonishing!

I love that this month’s box is jampacked with fantastic items!

This month’s box featured some of the most notable settings/places where some of our favorite stories take place! I love the shirt, it’s made of nice material and it’s really comfortable to wear. I like how the maps were presented, from old looking ones to colorful ones and some even have representations, like the Westeros pin. Bookish stuff is fun to collect, and I love the fact that I am subscribed to Bookish Box that sends me these fantastic items that are related to some of my favorite novels, or book series!
