My socks were sent in a green mailer.
Everything in my June 2019 Spiffy Socks box!
I found a card from Professor Howell from Spiffster University.
Printed on the back of the card is some information about the bamboo and how it’s changing the world. Bamboo is a renewable resource so I’m down with that.
I also found a cool sticker. My daughter loves this kind of stuff so I am going to let her add it to her collection.
Spiffy Socks Macaroons Socks for Women ($20) There was much debate over exactly what design was on this pair of socks. I thought they were jelly beans but my oldest child called them macarons. I think she is right! Spiffy Socks called them macaroons but macaroons are a coconut cookie, macarons are a French cookie. Either way they are cute.
The socks are made of 75% bamboo fiber and 25% microfiber. The size says 6-12.5, which I thought was the men’s sizes, but I found them under the women’s sock section. I think they are probably all the same size anyways.
The care instructions say these are machine washable but to avoid bleach.
The cuffs at the top are solid blue. Bamboo is supposed to help wick moisture away from the feet.
I’m really happy about my first ever pair of Spiffy Socks! The design is cute, the colors are bright and make me happy, and I like that they are made of a renewable resource. It’s fun to get a surprise every month and this is certainly a colorful pair of comfortable socks!
