Wander Beauty Wanderess Seascape Eyeshadow Palette ($25) It’s a lineup of fresh, highly-pigmented tropical eyeshadow colors that are easy to blend and long-lasting.
The shades include Coastal (deep blue), Sea Foam (champagne green), Sand Dollar (matte brown), Golden Reef (amber gold), Sea Salt (warm pink) and Champagne Harbor (champagne).
The palette case lid has a beautiful seaside theme that’s very refreshing to look at. It also has its own compact mirror so it won’t be a hassle to do touch-ups anywhere!
The Golden Reef is definitely the star color with its subtle shifting, though all of them are amazing! There’s no streaky chalkiness from Champagne Harbor too, which is a plus. These fun and vibrant colors blend beautifully and are super wearable. They’re also cruelty-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
Il Makiage Icon High Volume & Intense Curl Mascara ($25) This mascara provides that irresistible, extra dramatic lashes that will help me bat my way out of sticky situations. It does hold up very well even after staying outside on a humid day.
It has a quick-dry formula that settles without hardening. Plus, its rich and creamy texture imparts an extra-dimensional volume in one, easy stroke with the help of its uniquely-designed, football-shaped silicone brush. It lengthens my lashes just the way I want it to and it never smudges. I’m totally stoked!
Tokyo Milk Lip Gloss ($21) Dewy pout meets radiant shimmer in this luminous lip gloss from Tokyo Milk. This summer, this product will surely make my lips look and feel smooth and silky.
It’s moisturizing, but not sticky. It also leaves a subtle tint but mostly it’s glossy. My husband thinks it has a pink lemonade scent – it’s yummy, I know that!
Illamasqua Lip Coloring Pencil Duo in Lust & Media ($42) Ideal for creating long-lasting definition, these lip coloring pencils are formulated with a soft, creamy texture that glides over the skin smoothly and blends effortlessly.
They can be used as lip liners or for painting the entire lips with intense colors. The shades are full and are of good quality. They don’t bleed into fine lines around the mouth and they are excellently balanced between creamy and soft. They’re just perfect!
Go-To Face Hero ($34) It’s a fantastically lightweight face oil that deeply hydrates, soothes, revitalizes and protects the skin against all the damaging elements. It’s also gently nourishing and rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins and amino acids that help soften and nurture the skin.
Suitable for all skin types, it’s created to be extremely moisturizing without the sticky feel. A few drops of this product using the dropper can cover the entire face and neck. It smells heavenly and definitely works well in getting rid of my pores, skin dullness, redness, wrinkles, and fine lines!
As always, I’m impressed with the full-sized makeup products in the box! It seems like Ipsy knows what I will love and what I will not. I’ll definitely use all of them, but for me, the ones that stood out the most are the face oil and the milk lip gloss. I just love how deeply nourishing they are and how gentle they are to the skin. They also both have wonderful scents which are kind of addicting! All in all, the items are undoubtedly reflective of their price points. They simply exceed my expectations and I am excited to get more surprises from this subscription!
