Vegan Cuts Snack Box is a monthly vegan food subscription that brings 5-7 organic and vegan treats each month. Each subscription box costs $22.95 monthly, and delivers mostly gluten-free snacks (always vegan!) right to your doorstep.

Here’s everything in the box.

Good! Snacks Lemon Protein Bar. This protein bar pacts 15g of plant-based protein with only 10g of sugar, but 12g of fiber! The soft and creamy center has a slightly sweet coating on the outside.

Orgain Kids o’bars Chocolate Chip. This is a gluten-free, vegan, and low sugar whole grain snack bar. They were quite tasty, but I found them a bit on the dry side.

The Real coconut Chocolate Chip cookies. A tasty chocolate chip cookie (2 in the package) made with plantain flour. It’s a bit crumbly and dry, but it’s fine.

Healthy Truth – Ceylon Cinnamon Crunch. This crunch is a blend of coconut chips, dates, sunflower seeds and ceylon cinnamon. It is not toasted or baked.

Growing Roots Organic Coconut & Seed Bites. Disclaimer, I hate anything Pina Colada flavored or scented. Last month, we had something similar, but with corn instead of coconut and it was fine. This one has real pineapple, a splash of rum and a dash of cinnamon. Based on last month’s flavor, it must be true to its flavor profile.

Organic Grounded Snacks – Garlic & Herb. A delicious garlic and salty treat, it’s airy and crispy.

It’s made with brown rice flour and amaranth flour.

Rind Tropical Blend. This snack is made with sun-dried Kiwis, Pineapples and Bittersweet oranges. Yes, the peel can be eaten. I had no problem with the Kiwi peel, but the orange’s one was too bitter for my taste. But it was still so very good and tasty!

Tickle Water – Watermelon Sparkling Water. This sparkling water is lightly flavored with natural flavor and has no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. The flavor is really subtle, but I like it that way.

Bob’s Red Mill – Organic Oatmeal classic with Flax & Chia.

Containing 7g of protein and 7g of dietary fiber, this oatmeal can make a nice breakfast. I usually add some fresh fruits like raspberries for some sweetness.

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts. I love the nutty flavor of these little seeds. They are perfect on top of yogurt, with oatmeal, or in a salad.

YumEarth Organic Gummy Fruits. Simple and delicious fruity gummies.

NuttZo Organic 7 Nut & Seed Butter. This is a chocolate flavored nut and seed butter that conatins cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds.

Choice Organic Teas – Body Stress Relief. This herbal tea is a blend of ashwangandha and turmeric.

Tatsu Tea Japanese Matcha Tea. This tea can be simply blended in cold water and contains vitamins, minerals and electrolytes to energize, focus, hydrate and rejuvenate.

We really enjoyed this month’s Vegan Cuts. I like that we had more savory items than sweet, and I appreciate when a box is not overwhelming with one flavor or another, like when we have a lot of chocolates or a lot of peanut flavored items. My favorites where the sparkling water and the Rind snacks, but everything was tasty and interesting.
