Sports Crate: MLB Edition is changing the renewal date of your subscription to the 15th of the month!

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW ON THE 15th
Hey MLB Fan,We’re updating our shipping timing for Season 3 and moving the renewal dates to affect this. Effective immediately, all MLB Diamond Crate subscriptions (including 1-, 3-, and 6-crate plans) will renew (and be billed) on April 15th, 2019 or the 15th of whichever month your multi-month subscription is scheduled to renew in the future.
NOTE: You can find specific dates on your account page which will be updated by April 15th. If you have any questions, our Customer Support team is always available to help!

RATE SHIPPING STATUS UPDATE
We have updated shipping on your current and upcoming crates. We are receiving the final items for your Spring Training* crate and will be shipping in May, and the Opening Day** crate will ship in June. We will kick off our new shipping cadence for your June crate (which will also deliver in June). Delays are never ideal but we think you’ll love the crates we have coming to you over the next season!Thanks,

This was a lie! I ordered subscriptions for two of my nephews for Christmas and a subscription for myself. As of July 18, 2019, we have not received our February, April or June Crates!
