Another card is about this month’s featured coffee, Sweet Synergy!
Featured at the back of the card are some more details about the coffee which includes its farmers, cultivators, process, and elevation.
Java Presse Guatemala Coffee Sweet Synergy ($20) Sourced from the mountains of Guatemala, these coffee beans are harvested by their local farmers and depulped in a hand-crank machine.
All the featured coffee beans are carefully sourced and roasted by Java Presse’s partners from San Diego.
Their coffee beans are never pre-ground. It’s their effort to serve us with the natural aroma and strong flavors of their magical beans. We can also access some brew guides, weekly giveaways, and free coffee through their site.
They don’t just deliver good coffee, they also donate a part of their proceeds to Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Every bag is stamped with the exact roasting date to ensure their customers that their beans are always fresh.
After being depulped, these beans also underwent 12-18 hours of fermenting and 7 days of drying out on patios. All these processes to create an irresistible drink.
Here’s a closer look at the specialty-grade beans!
This bag can last a week or two, depending on how much coffee you consume per day!
The impressive blend of the juicy plum tang, maple sweetness, and smooth chocolate notes seep through my senses as I savor a warm cup of this coffee.
It’s not too sweet and not too bitter, just the way I like my coffee. The beautiful, dark brown color and the lingering aroma are some of the things that made it more enjoyable.
It’s always a surprise and a delight to discover great tasting coffee with an equally great background story. Coffee is naturally pleasing, but knowing that you are also capable of helping someone with a single bag makes the drinking experience more wonderful. I also love that they source their coffee beans from local and humble farmers. Simply put, everything about this month’s featured coffee is lovable!
