Each month includes an information card.

On one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I really like these as they help me add some variety to my workouts.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items (and lots of times, a coupon code for buying more of what you like).

Everything in the box.

Vade Nutrition – Dissolvable Protein Scoops, vanilla and chocolate. I love my protein shakes, but I also travel a lot and I’m still trying to find the best way to travel with my powder without bringing the full size tub with me.

Each portion, or scoop, is encased in a very quick dissolvable film. When I say quick, I mean it. As soon as it touched the water, the film broke apart. Being 100% Isolate Whey, it doesn’t contain lactose so it’s easy to digest and it really tastes good. It doesn’t have a weird fake sweet taste, it tastes like sweet mild chocolate milkshake. I usually mix my protein powder with milk as I try to hide weird aftertaste, but these were great in cold water. It doesn’t dissolve as perfectly as I wanted it, I still had some clumps, but it tastes so much better than other protein powder I’ve tasted, I didn’t mind the clumps.

Vermont Smoke & Cure Original Beef & Pork stick – mini, We received a bag full of mini beef and pork sticks! 6 in total, enough to really have a feel for it and get a nice protein snacks everyday for a week.

They are three bites size, have a nice heat from the black pepper, they are chewy and moist.

Pasta Chips – Garlic Olive oil. A baked treat, it’s crispy and packs a ton of flavor. We always enjoy our pasta chips as they are crunchy with a nice light flavor!

Satis Bite The Complete Chip – Smoky BBQ. I’m usually on the fence about protein chips, but these were so good! They had the texture of rice crackers, but fluffier, a really nice smoky sweet taste, nothing to hint me on the 10g of protein (and 3g of fiber). It’s a plant-based protein, and they are vegan. I need to find more of them.

F1rst Order Performance Pre-Workout. This one is a mystery to me. I couldn’t find this item on the F1rst order store, or anywhere that was not from after 2017. From what I’ve gathered, it has 200mg of caffeine, 200mg of L-theanine, 3g of creatine monohydrate, and 1.5mg of Beta Alanine with a bunch of other stuff (Vitamin C and B6, Magnesium and Zinc).

Zee Bar Collagen Protein Bar – Almonds Raisins. This bar has it all : 14g of collagen, 18g of protein and 4g of fiber. And it tastes good!

Wow Butter single pack. Living with someone who’s allergic to peanut, I’ve looked at a lot of different nut butter to satisfy my craving and these ones, although they don’t taste like awesome natural peanut butter, are a nice replacement. It’s delicious to make PB&J sandwich or with green apple for an afternoon snack.

Orgain Kids o’bars Chocolate Chip. This is a gluten-free, vegan, and low sugar whole grain snack bar. They were quite tasty, but I found them a bit on the dry side.

Vahdam 100% Pure Indian Teas – Assorted.  We received an assortment of single-serve tea bags. This is an item we get quite often in this box.

This month, I received three Earl Grey Citrus Black Tea, a Cardamom Masala Chai Tea and an Himalayan Oolong Tea.

This was a great box. I really enjoyed trying the dissolving protein scoops, and I can’t get enough of portable wow butter snacks. My husband was a huge fan of the Beef and Pork sticks, and he wouldn’t let me have the Pasta Chips! The SatisBite were the winner this month as they really satisfy my craving for chips, and tasted like nice rice crackers.
