Luxie Summer Daze Brush Set ($28) I got two makeup brushes from last month’s box, and this time I got three. I’m not complaining because they’re all usable and high-quality!
These three make-up brushes are for various purposes: a large shader, a small shader, and a small contouring brush.
The pink and orange color combination on the handle, plus the gold-colored detail lends it a tropical vibe. These are made with soft synthetic bristles. They’re also cruelty-free.
For those who love applying bronzers and highlighters, the contour brush is perfect. It’s also great to use when applying blush.
The large shader is perfect for applying glitter and shadows.
Meanwhile, the small shader works best when applying makeup on the inner corners. All subscribers will receive this brush set!
PUR Cosmetics Festival Pressed Pigment Palette ($36) It’s a limited edition PUR Cosmetics palette created in collaboration with BOXYCHARM. Made with blue light defense, it doesn’t just add a pop of color on your look but also protects you from signs of aging. It even contains green tea, ginseng, and vitamin B to make sure your skin stays smooth and glowing.
It contains 12 shades of pressed pigments ranging from matte to shimmery, allowing you to play with colors when creating a festival-ready look.
Going to Coachella or not, these pigments are meant to make heads turn. Aside from the eye-catching colors, what I like about them is that they are easily buildable and blendable.
It’s best applied using a brush but for some shimmery shades, PUR suggests to apply them using your fingers for a nice color payoff. All subscribers will receive this item! The primer was a nice added touch to keep those glitters on!
Starlooks Cosmetics Eye Pencil ($19) It’s a versatile eye pencil that glides smoothly on the skin since it contains beeswax and jojoba oil. It’s easy to apply and it’s highly pigmented as well. You can even make it the base of your eye makeup by applying it on your entire lid.
Butter London Power Up All Day Wear Mascara ($20) I love it when my lashes look long and well-defined, and this mascara gives me just that effect. Its texture is creamy but not clumpy. It’s oil-free and water-resistant as well. The formula is infused with jojoba extract, which helps in making your eyelashes appear more volumized. Also, I really appreciate the curved brush that features micro-combs. It reaches even the smallest of your lashes for an even application.
Artist Couture Diamond Glow Powder ($27) This loose powder works as a highlighter. A little of it goes a long way in giving your skin a gorgeous sheen. If you want an intense look, this is also easily buildable.
I got it in the shade Summer Haze! It’s ideal for all skin tones and can be applied whether on your face, eyes, lips, or body.
It stays on all day! The powder is cruelty-free. No parabens, sulfates, and phthalates either. All subscribers will receive this item!
BOXYCHARM is on fire! This month’s Coachella inspired theme is a whole lot of fun and they didn’t disappoint us with the contents either. I absolutely love the palette with 12 festival-ready shades and even when there are no festivities to attend, they are really gorgeous to wear. Another favorite is the highlighter powder. It’s easy to apply and a little goes a long way, so I guess it will last me for quite a while. Most importantly, it leaves my skin with a beautiful glow. Overall, this whole curation is really outstanding! I’m so happy, as always, with this makeup-focused subscription!
