Target Beauty Box comes out once a month and you have to grab them up because they go quickly! Each box is around $7. Make sure to sign up here to get notified when future boxes go on sale and keep in mind that this is a one-time purchase and not an ongoing subscription.
FYI – this box is still available!
Upon lifting the box lid, a green note card placed on top of the items welcomes us.
Most of this month’s items are in bottles. They are all wrapped in a yellow green tissue paper.
MARCH INTO SPRING! This month is all about products that will help you prep for the Spring season!
The product information card listed the products included in the box and a little info about each item. There was a coupon for a purchase in-store or online to save $3 when you make a $15+ beauty purchase. It’s no longer scannable at the register – you hae to scan it in the app first if you want to use it in store.
Everything in my box!
They wrapped the bottles with a Target tapes around the neck to avoid spillage or any shipping damage.
However, they missed on the spray bottle, causing some of its contents to spread on the other items.
TRESemmé Botanique Color Vibrance & Shine Intensive Mask ($1.99) I don’t currently color my hair, but I know a friend who would love to grab this one. Especially because this hair mask is designed to deeply penetrate for powerful nourishment and protect hair color without stripping it. It also leaves the hair looking fresh and fantastic!
This formula is sulfate-free. To use, just apply it to wet hair, massage from root to ends, leave in, and rise thoroughly.
Shea Moisture Silicone Free Miracle Styler Leave-In Treatment ($8.99) First thing I noticed about this leave-in treatment is its strong perfume smell. It’s a bit overpowering, but it still worked well for my child with coarse hair – he’salways active, so it’s wonderful how it can keep hair smelling fresh and manageable all day. Key ingredients include marshmallow root, sugarcane extract, and meadowfoam seed oil.
Love Beauty & Planet Argan Oil & Lavender Shampoo ($1.55) This shampoo lathers up really nicely. It also leaves my hair feeling clean and soft and less frizzy (at least frizzy compared to my normal fine flat hair) despite the dry winter breeze. The amazing lavender scent also hits the mark! It’s calming and pleasant to the senses. Plus, it’s 93% naturally derived, cruelty-free and it doesn’t contain paraben, silicone, and dye.
Love Beauty & Planet Argan Oil & Lavender Conditioner ($1.55) This conditioner makes a great pair with the shampoo. Its argan oil and lavender combination leaves my hair with a silky, shiny finish. This might be the first time that I can honestly say my hair feels like a new being! Just like the shampoo, it smells terrific too!
Shea Moisture Soothing Toner & Hydrating Mist ($4.88) This hydrating mist will help me keep my cool in spring with matcha green tea that soothes and hydrates redness-prone skin. It also contains nourishing probiotics that restore balance and fight future flare-ups.
Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Gentle Foaming Cleanser For Sensitive Skin ($1.72) Formulated for sensitive skin, this cleanser removes dirt and makeup without leaving any burning or stinging sensation. The scent is light and appealing too. Ingredients include rose flower water which helps in calming the skin and colloidal gold which keeps it nourished. To use, just massage onto damp skin, lather up, and rinse.
This month’s Target Beauty Box welcomes spring with a good bunch of hair care and skin care products! I like everything, as they help me cope up with the changing temperatures and weather. My favorite item is the leave-in hair treatment from Shea Moisture. Just a few sprays of it keeps hair smelling fresh and looking great! If you want to discover a bunch of beauty products at a low price, this box is worth waiting for every month. It easily gets sold out, so you really have to watch for it, but this one’s still available!
