My box was delivered to my mailbox and was kind of heavy – they send some pretty big candles!

Everything in my box! This month I received three candles and a thank you card.  Each candle is individually boxed so if you decide a scent isn’t meant for you then it would be very easy to put a bow on it and gift to a friend. Each box has info on the Lovespoon, from which this subscription gets its name. It also mentions that the candles are made of soy wax.

I received a thank you card.

This would also be appropriate to place with a candle if you planned on gifting one to a friend.

Lovespoon Candles The Cornerstone Collection in Lavender ($28) Candles from the Cornerstone Collection have a lid and feature a classy black and white color scheme with a trellis design on the reusable tins.

My living room smells like a relaxing spa since I started burning this candle a little bit ago. It has more of an herbal lavender aroma that I prefer to the heavily perfume-like scents from other candle companies. Should burn for around 50 hours.

Lovespoon Candles The Monogram Series in Rain Water ($28) I couldn’t find this scent on the Lovespoon website but similar candles are $28.

The Monogram Series has the Lovespoon monogram on the front of a glass holder. The glass holders feature different colors depending on the scent and I think this blue shade is also reminiscent of a spa. Should burn for around 50 hours and the glass holder is reusable. The smell is much more subtle with this one and I think it smells clean and with notes of citrus and cucumber and a hint of white blossoms.

Lovespoon Candles Travel Tin in Love Spell ($6.95) Oh, this is a nice scent for February! I am sure my daughter would say it smells like a perfume from a certain lingerie store at the mall and has notes of citrus, cherry blossom, hydrangea, apple, and peach.

It smells sweet as can be, fruity and floral. Very romantic!

Lovespoon Candles not only look pretty, they smell wonderful too! Some of the scents are not as strong as others, so you can light one up for the mood you’re trying to set: either easy does it or go all out. The containers fit with lots of decorating styles and can be reused when the candle wax is gone to hold trinkets, jewelry, or change. Considering that one candle costs $28, I think getting another candle plus a smaller travel candle for just a couple dollars more is a pretty good deal!

The price of this box is $39.95 for the 12 month and $44.95 for a 6 month sub. At $29.99 I would Have jumped.

Wow Kim, thanks for catching that, I’m not sure what I was looking at yesterday! I didn’t realize it was a 6- or 12-month sub only, although with Cratejoy they have a 3-month option for $43.33 a month prepaid.
