Everything in my box!

From The Ground Up Cauliflower Pretzels Original ($1.53) Hmm, pretzels made with cauliflower? I did notice a slight brassica scent when I opened the package, a bit like broccoli, but the flavor was very interesting. They had pretzel crunch and were pretty salty, but overall I liked them! I mentioned them to a gluten-free friend and she is looking forward to trying the other bag.

Pop Corners Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn ($0.38) went in my daughter’s lunch bag. She loves the sweet and salty popcorn chip for a snack.

Zee Zee’s Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernels ($0.54) had just the right amount of sweet and salty and was one of my favorite snacks this month!

Drizzilicious Cinnamon Swirl ($0.92) also went to school with my daughter. She loves popcorn and rice cakes and these had a bit of extra flavor since rice cakes can be bland. They are also made with chia, quinoa, and flax but I don’t think she noticed.

Appleways Blueberry Pomegranate Oatmeal Bar ($0.98) will make a good breakfast replacement on a busy morning.

Sheffa Coconut Dark Chocolate Granola Bar ($1.50) is a crunchy granola bar with a lot of coconut flavor and a hint of chocolate. Very sweet and arrived broken into pieces.

Paleo Jana Banana Bar ($1.24) Bananas, coconut, and lime juice, that is all that is in here. I love those short ingredients lists and my daughter loves this chewy fruity snack.

Flax Bar Chocolate (Currently Unavailable) I love flax seeds and they are turned into crispy bits in this bar that also has dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate.

Lily’s Sour Cherry Double Chocolate Crunch ($5.24) I was a little worried about this having an aftertaste from the stevia, but it just tasted like dark chocolate with cherries and crispy cereal.

Tone It Up Blueberry Coconut Protein Bar ($1.75) The protein in this bar comes from peas, but it doesn’t taste like a dinner vegetable at all. Another bar that makes a good meal replacement when you get too busy for a real meal.

Here is Lily’s Sour Cherry Double Chocolate Crunch. Yum!

The Best Bar Ever Peanut Butter Crunch ($1.38) is made with peanuts and a protein blend to keep me satisfied during a long day at work. I love just about anything with peanut butter!

Daelmans Stroopwafel in Caramel ($1.54) You can eat the Stroopwafel as is or place it over the top of a fresh hot cup of coffee or tea to help this cookie with caramel in the middle feel like it’s fresh off the waffle iron.

Awake Caramel Chocolate Bite ($0.55) You won’t hear me complaining about getting chocolate. Or caramel. Put the two together in a tasty little bar with a dose of caffeine and I am in my happy place.

Peanut-Free WowButter (39¢) is made with roasted soy beans and is a peanut-free replacement for nut butter. I buy a natural peanut butter with only peanuts and salt, and this has sugar and oil in it so it’s not something I would buy, but it is handy to throw in a lunch box to use as a dip for apple slices or celery sticks.

I always discover something new in my monthly Love With Food Deluxe box, plus there were a few favorites I’ve received in the past. There were a lot of bars this month, which make good meal replacements in a pinch. I like to stash a few bars in my work bag in case a substitute job comes up unexpectedly, and I no longer go in search of the vending machine.
