Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription. You get five makeup, beauty, skincare, and hair care items in a cute bag for $10 a month! It’s the most popular subscription box and a great way to sample new colors and beauty brands.

Everything arrived in a hot pink bubble mailer.

Ipsy March 2019 Glam Bag. It’s a charming statement pouch in metallic rose gold. I love the empowering message!

And off she went to change the world

The interior is in hot pink.

The zipper is in royal blue color with a cute star as a pull tab. So fab!

This month’s theme is It’s National Women’s History Month.

The information card promotes female-founded brands, announces the beauty quiz makeover, and tells us about how we can win Glam Bag products plus cash!

Of course, there’s a list of all the items in the package, along with a description and a beauty tip.

Everything in my March 2019 bag!

Tarte Maneater Voluptuous Mascara ($11.50) I can now dress my lashes as I do my hair with this lengthening, curling, and volumizing mascara. With its soft-flex brush and lightweight triple-black formula, my lashes lift to the root, styled and fanned out creating an amped-up fluttery fullness with no flaking or clumping!

First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer ($5.60) Makeup meets skincare with this two-in-one moisturizer and makeup-gripping primer. It’s a superfood-powered, oil-free priming moisturizer that brightens, smooths and visibly blurs pores and imperfections while leaving skin with a natural dewy glow! I love this product – it works really well and is super lightweight.

PÜR Afterglow Mini Highlighting Skin Perfecting Powder ($2.92) This powder is an illuminating highlighter infused with good-for-the-skin ingredients for a natural-looking, lit-from-within radiance or megawatt glow.

It’s absolutely beautiful! It blends nicely and is so smooth on the skin. It gives a nice wash of pale gold wherever I apply it. It’s not glittery or shimmery, but gives a lovely natural-looking glow. I apply it lightly for a daytime work appropriate look and sometimes I go heavier for a wet finish.

I Dew Care Disco Kitten Illuminating Diamond Peel Off Mask ($2.19) It’s a gentle peel off mask that changes from white to brilliant chrome when applied to the skin. It has rice bran extract that delivers moisture and improves skin’s texture, while oats work as an antioxidant to keep skin healthy and strong.

It’s easy to use. I just applied an even layer on my clean, dry face avoiding my eyebrows and hairline. Then I just left it on and relaxed for 20 minutes. When it was completely dry, I gently peeled it off starting from the edges of my face then rinsed off the excess with warm water and applied moisturizer after.

Ciaté London Mini Lip Lustre in Kiss Me ($13.22) This lip gloss has a non-sticky, high-shine, silky-smooth formula with micro shimmer that’s enriched with vitamin E to give lips a layer of ultra-sheer, moisturizing color. It projects a mirror-like shine and has a gorgeous strawberry scent. It feels as comfortable as a lip balm with the glamour of gloss.

Here’s a swap of the mask when applied (left), Afterglow Highlighting Skin Perfecting Powder (right) and Lip Lustre in Kiss Me shade (middle).

It’s a great makeup pack! Receiving an adequate amount of select cosmetic products from well-known brands is pretty neat! More so when they’re effective and gratifying. Two items I like best in this kit are the lip lustre that is a nice remedy to dry lips while getting an extra shimmer and the coconut priming moisturizer that can be used as a primer and skin food. They both have dual effects and I am completely in awe! About $35 in value for $10 – and a cohesive set, too!
