Each month includes an information card.

On one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I really like these as they help me add some variety to my workouts.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items (and lots of times, a coupon code for buying more of what you like).

Everything in the box.

Lesser Evil Himalayan Gold Popcorn. Popcorn is a great snack for fewer calories and they are so much better with butter on top! This popcorn doesn’t have butter in it, but it definitely has that lovely buttery taste, a tad sweeter.

Protein Crisps Brickoven Pizza. They are little-puffed crisps with a nice sweet flavor. They are quite tasty, but they stick a bit much on my teeth.

PB Fit – PB Protein. These little bags are single serve peanut butter powder. They have all the flavor, proteins and nutrients of peanut butter, without the extra calories from the fat. You can add them to yogurt, smoothies, protein shake, for baking. The possibilities are limitless. I gave them to a friend and they really enjoyed the single serving package, and also how good the flavor was when mixed with a chocolate shake.

Peaceful Fruit Strips – Mango (Bonus Item). A “nothing but the fruit” fruit leather, the taste is quite nice, but the leather is a bit hard.

Plotz Honey Nutters. These little bite-size treats are made with peanuts, honey, peanut butter, crisp brown rice (that adds a crispy texture to the crunch of the peanuts), almonds and sea salt. Because of peanut allergies, I gave them to a friend who said they were so good they ate the whole thing in one sitting. It was chewy, with enough crunch from the peanuts, and the sweetness from the honey wasn’t overwhelming.

Polar Puffs Blueberry Vanilla. (Bonus Item) A puffed cereal made with navy, lentil, and garbanzo beans. It tastes like any fruity cereals, basically awesome!

They are very good with some almond or soy milk.

GoMacro Macrobar – Everlasting Joy. This is a fun tasty protein bar that is vegan, kosher, gluten-free and non-GMO. It has coconut, almond butter, chocolate, and puffed brown rice. It contains 10g of protein to make you feel satisfied.

IQ Bar Brain Fuel – Matcha Chai Hazelnut. Vegan, keto friendly, and soy-free, they also have brain-boosting nutrients like Lion’s Mane, Prebiotic Fiber, Vitamin E.

Based on the list of items, I’m missing the Pasta Chips from this box, but I got two tasty bonus item so I don’t feel cheated! I really enjoyed the popcorn and the polar puffs. Both the Honey Nutters and the PB Fit were a hit with my friend, and I really like this month’s workout idea as everything was easy to do at home.
