Every month I try to guess what scent will be featured based on the sticker that’s placed on the outside of the box (see previous picture). I couldn’t wait to see what was inside the box under this dotty paper!

Everything was tucked into shredded paper squiggles.

I found a card that announced the January theme, Warm Honey. This month’s items are inspired by liquid gold and the insects that make it.

The back of the card gave a little intro to this month’s theme and items. I love honey and bees, my name even means “bee”!

Next was an insert on the products.

The insert gave a little info for each item, its MSRP, and listed a website in case you need more.

The items are not only sweet smelling to my nose, they are also pretty to look at and fun to use. It’s no secret that this is one of my favorite subscription boxes!

Everything in my January 2019 NOSEJOY box!

La Lavande Honey Almond Soap ($3.95) There isn’t a whole lot of information available on this soap, but it does smell good and it is exfoliating. Ground almonds provide the scrubby bits, and although it was too intense for my comfort, it worked just fine when I rubbed it first on a wash cloth and then used it on my extremities. Plus, it smells super nice, warm and sweet.

Tokyo Milk Honey & The Moon Travel Candle ($12) I love Tokyo Milk and all of the Margot Elena family of beauty products and candles!

Plus Tokyo Milk has the best looking products around, I love their tins and bottles! Travel candles are popular in subscription boxes and are usually in tins so they won’t break when you place them in your luggage.

The candle is made of soy wax and scent notes include honey, sugared violet, jasmine, and sandalwood. I burned it about a week ago and it is still sitting on my living room table and I catch a whiff of the wonderful yet subtle smell every time I pass by. It smells warm, sweet, and a bit spicy. There’s even a perfume available!

Savannah Bee Honey & Royal Jelly Hydrating Shampoo ($14.50) and Savannah Bee Royal Jelly & Propolis Hydrating Conditioner ($14.50) Wow, a full-sized set of matching shampoo and conditioner? That’s awesome! I want to point out that you can clearly see the word “shampoo” on the bottle, so there’s no mistaking which one to use first when I’m in the shower (I can’t wear my readers in the shower, lol!).

I worry sometimes when I see the words “moisturizing” on the label, I have fine hair and don’t want it to fall flat. I used this on the weekend so I wouldn’t have to suffer with flat hair but it ended up working really well, and without weighing down my hair! The shampoo smelled so good and it felt like it was very cleansing.

I used the conditioner and got on with the rest of my shower, then rinsed it off at the end. My hair was easy to comb but didn’t feel heavy. I was very happy with both of these products and I think they are good for everyday use.

Wood & Wax Co. Tuberose & Honey Solid Perfume ($12.50) I love perfume and solid perfumes are so cute and are easy to tote around since they won’t spill!

The ingredients are listed on the lid: coconut oil, beeswax, organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter, vitamin E oil, and fragrance oil. It can even be used as a lip balm or cuticle cream. The scent notes include raspberry, tuberose, and vanilla and it smells sweet, warm, and fruity.

I am always impressed with the items I find in my NOSEJOY box! The items are exciting and the scents are amazing. I love the theme and the products fit perfectly. I have discovered so many new brands and am introduced to new ones each month. The value this month was around $57.45, well over the price paid for the box!
