Loot Crate has announced new international shipping upcharges. Check your emails – but beware, the first email you may have received has a very large incorrect amount. It should be in the amount of a few dollars per crate.
NOTIFYING YOU OF A SUBSCRIPTION PRICING UPDATE
Dear Looter,
Starting with your next subscription renewal, we will add a new international shipping charge, in order to keep up with increased shipping costs and changes in exchange rates. Shipping has been free and included with your subscription plan previously.
The price of shipping for your subscription will now be $4.00 CAD per crate. If you have a multi-month plan, the new charge will be applicable to each shipment in the plan.
Please visit your account page to see exactly when your next billing date is by signing into your user account on our website. The new shipping pricing should be reflected in your account by February 21st. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Support team is always available to help.
