My scent arrived in a simple black box tucked into a shiny gold mailer. That’s it, no cards this month!
Inside the box I found my case with the scent already enclosed. Scent Box sends a new case every month! The colors vary so I never know what I’m going to get!

CK One Gold Eau De Toilette ($75 for 3.4 ounces) I always receive the scent of the month with this subscription, it’s a good way to discover scents that I wouldn’t normally choose for myself. CK One Gold is a variation of the original CK One, which means it is meant for men and women. It’s considered a woody scent with notes of fig, bergamot, and vetiver and I can’t pick up any of those individual notes. Instead it smells clean and warm and has a touch of lime and white blossoms. I can’t imagine my husband wearing this scent, it is more feminine than masculine. Longevity is poor though, but that means if you spray it in the morning you can wear an entirely different scent at night without having them mix. You can also toss it in your purse or bag and spray it on whenever you feel like you need a scent boost.
I liked my new scent from Scent Box, and it is certainly one I wouldn’t have picked for myself yet it smelled really good! The value for this month was kind of low, about $5.96, but then again you can’t really buy this size sprayer at Sephora or anywhere else for under $20 so in that case it is a bargain, and I didn’t have to pay $75 for a full-sized bottle.
