Petit Vour is a monthly vegan beauty subscription box sending the “crème de la cruelty-free.” Petit Vour is $18 a month for 4-5 cruelty-free and non-toxic beauty products, mostly deluxe sample sized but with the occasional full-sized item. Prepay for 12 boxes and the price drops to $15 a box! Each box will have a value of between $45-$60. Petit Vour has around 30 ingredients that they pledge NOT to put in boxes and of course, each item must be vegan and cruelty-free.
The Petit Vour Beauty Box is made for the beauty devotee whose lifestyle leans toward compassion.
Each month we’ll share the best in plant-based beauty, culled from beauty’s kindest. Inside you’ll find generously-sized products (personalized to your beauty profile) for you to apply, blend, buff, lather, soak, and spray.

The items were packed in white paper squiggles. I think Petit Vour does a great job at presenting a pretty box.
I wonder what’s inside this month?
Yay, a non-model for this month’s card! I love the cute illustrations and Petit Vour had gotten away from that for a while so I was happy to see this drawing.
The inside of the card listed each item, some info about the item, and the value.
The back of the card gave info on how to earn reward points, plus if you share a photo of your box on social media your picture may be featured!
Everything in my box!
Kaia Naturals The Underarm Bar ($22) One way to switch to cleaner beauty is to start by using a natural deodorant. When switching you may experience a detox period as your pores apparently remove the blockages caused by traditional antiperspirants. Using this soap may help the process be less stinky. (Please note, I still use a traditional antiperspirant on work days so I can’t speak for the detoxification process.)
This soap is made with coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, activated charcoal, peppermint oil, camphor, and eucalyptus oil.
The soap came with a rope so you can place it on a hook to dry because it will not last long if it sits around in a pool of water all day. To use it, just get it wet and apply some under the arms or even to the feet. Let sit for 30 seconds then rinse it off and then use your natural deodorant. I used it in the shower and didn’t notice a paste-like consistency, it was pretty much just soapy. It smelled pleasant. I used it right after shaving my underarms and didn’t notice any irritation.
BOX Naturals Cleansing Towelettes in Lavender & Cucumber + Witch Hazel ($1.67) I think these were originally meant to be used to clean a woman’s most intimate body parts but then it evolved and they are now suggested as makeup removers, hand wipes, and yoga mat towelettes.
I used this to wipe off my face and it worked well, the scent was ok, I wasn’t expecting it to smell like perfume and it didn’t.
This one was supposed to smell like lavender but there was another scent that I didn’t care for but luckily it faded quickly. I used it to remove my face makeup (I didn’t use it on my eyes) and like the other one, it worked well!
Le Prunier Plum Beauty Oil ($20) It looks like this is the only product offered by Le Prunier and I think that is amazing! It comes from trees grown on their organic farm.
If you do not want to use oils on your face you can always apply to the neck, chest, or body.
I really like this oil, it smells like almonds and glides on smoothly without feeling super heavy. It is supposed to provide antioxidants and polyphenols to help nourish skin and to heal and hydrate.
Pacifica Beauty Stella Gaze Length & Strength Mineral Mascara ($14) I love to receive vegan makeup to see how it stacks up against conventional makeup and this one did fine!
Ingredients were listed on the box. Coconut oil and vitamin B are supposed to help moisturize lashes while you go about your day.
The brush is pretty typical and yes, the bristles are vegan. My only requirement of mascara is that it makes me look like I have lashes and that it stays on during the day and this product checked off both of those boxes.
I do a little happy dance every month when my Petit Vour Beauty Box shows up! I love the brands they send and am happy knowing they are safe for my skin and body. They work well and are oftentimes luxurious to use. The value for the January box was around $57.67!
What did you think of the January Petit Vour? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this box in the comments!
