Dr. Kellyman’s Slim Collagen Broth To Go ($5.61) This broth mix provides your body with essential vitamins and nutrients that fight inflammation and it also promises to help you lose weight. It came with a recipe card and a nutrition fact sheet. To prepare, simply add hot water! The collagen is high in protein, and great for hair, skin, and nails!
Kalifornia Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bite Mix ($8.99) It’s an energy bite mix that doesn’t require baking. Ingredients include peanuts, almond flour, erythritol (a sugar alcohol food additive), cocoa and vanilla powder, and monk fruit extract.
The instructions on how to prepare the mix can be found at the back of the packaging. The expiration date is also indicated. Easy to make (and eat!) and also easy to adjust your macros by using nut butter or coconut oil.

Sonoma Creamery Cheese Crisp Bar ($4.74) We got two variants of this gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein snack: Everything Cheddar and Pepper Jack. The crisp bars are made from all organic rice, oat bran, quinoa, and cheese. Everything Cheddar is the ultimate treat for any cheese lover, while Pepper Jack is for those who want a bit of heat in their snack. They’re easy to eat, plus they easily satisfy cravings! These put sweet-flavored breakfast bars to shame! All the cheese, all of the time!
Smartcake Gluten Free ($9.24) Who said you can’t eat cake when you’re on a healthy diet? Naturally-sourced and non-GMO, this snack is packed full with 5 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein, and only 38 calories content per cake.

My first Onnit Keto Box is truly impressive! All the treats I got this month are not just delicious, they’re very nutritious and healthy too.
