Loot Anime’s theme of the month is FEARLESS.

There’s a $60 gift card you can use at Hello Fresh. But you can just visit and subscribe using this link and still get $60 off your first 3 4 boxes, $20 each box schedule.

The box includes an info card about a movie entitled “I want to eat your pancreas.” Weird, I know, but it’s actually a Japanese romance drama film.

The synopsis looks promising, though.

Spring time in April and the last of the cherry blossoms are still in bloom. The usually aloof bookworm with no interest in others comes across a book in a hospital waiting room. Handwritten on the first page are the words: “Living with Dying.” He soon discovers that it is a diary kept by his very popular and genuinely cheerful classmate, Sakura Yamauchi, who reveals to him that she is secretly suffering from a pancreatic illness and only has limited time left. It is at this moment that she gains just one more person to share her secret.

Trying to maintain a normal life as much as possible, Sakura is determined to live her life to the fullest, until the very last day. As her free spirit and unpredictable actions throw him for a loop, his heart begins to gradually change.

Aside from the card, this month’s box also includes a glossy poster that features a cute fearless cat adventurer.

The back of the poster serves as the information sheet. It lists all the anime goodies in this box.

Everything in the December 2018 crate!

Japanese Phrase Snapback Cap. This bright blue snapback cap features a smiley face and the Japanese word sugoi, which are embroidered in front. Sugoi is a Japanese term for awesome, the most fitting word to describe this cap.

The cap is easily adjustable with the velcro strap at the back.

Dragon Ball Z: 30th Anniversary T-Shirt. This tee from Loot Anime was made in honor of the 30th anniversary of one of the most famous anime of all time, Dragon Ball Z!

The design is awesome! It features the intense battle face of Goku and Vegeta separated by a Z sign. Happy anniversary, Dragon Ball Z!

Naruto Straw Tumbler. Also included in the box is an exclusive Naruto-themed plastic straw tumbler.

This tumbler comes with a built-in plastic straw and an orange cap.

If there’s an anime character whom I knew to be the most fearless and persistent of all, it’s certainly Naruto and it shows on this tumbler!

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Scarf. It’s another exclusive item, a scarf that features Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure! It’s a Japanese anime that tells the story of the Joestar family, a family whose members discover they are destined to take down supernatural foes using the unique powers that they possess.

It has green and yellow stripes!

The scarf is soft and warm, definitely an ideal item to use in this freezing cold season!

This month’s Loot Anime curation is pretty great! They provided an awesome line-up of items featuring well-known anime, like Dragon Ball Z and Naruto. However, I’m still looking forward to seeing another figure inside my box. My favorite this month is definitely the Dragon Ball Z 30th anniversary shirt. Unfortunately this box was advertised as including a Tezuka pin set, to which Loot Crate said sorry, it was a mistake, and that was it. Not ok!! No apology or mention of it at all.
