Yarn wrapping is a beloved handicraft skill that gently introduces children to textile techniques and encourages exploration of texture, line, and form. This simple project warms up little hands and is the perfect book-inspired introduction to beginning sewing concepts.
Next, members will dip thier toes into the world of sewing and make wintery works of art from fabric, thread, and textile embellishments! Sewing is an essential skill that powerfully develops finger dexterity, patience, and confidence. This process is one that can be enjoyed in the company of others, too, making it a cozy way to create and socialize during the winter months.
