Every box comes with a cute little envelope containing suggestions or tips to help you further enhance your cooking skill. Here are some cooking temperature guide for beef, chicken, and pork meat that you’ll definitely need in preparation for a scrumptious dish!

In front of the envelope is a simple tip on how to cook meats straight from being frozen!

Inside the envelope is another card. This card provides a little tip to help you prepare a fast and easy meal.

Here are some methods for a proper and safe thawing of food.

This leaflet features a list of things you should always have in your pantry and fridge.

Aside from the card and leaflet, the envelope also includes a cooking guide booklet.

According to the booklet, Karv also offers oven-ready entrees that you can easily include to your monthly delivery. All the entrees are made from premium quality meat, and you just only need less than 35 minutes to prepare it.

The booklet also comes with a table of contents, where you can check and easily trace all the things you need to know inside.

I just love how detailed every page in this booklet is. The glossy pages, the picture, and the font used, they all are visually pleasing!

The recipe, ingredients to be used, preparation and cooking time, and the step-by-step procedure they have it all in just two pages.

Every recipe comes also with tips and hints on how to make this dish more special.

They even used bold fonts for some words to emphasize the ingredients to be used on the procedures.

For some instances like this Honey-Sriracha chicken sandwich recipe, a serving suggestion is also featured.

There’s a portion on the booklet where the tools you’ll be needing is also provided. It definitely makes cooking preparation way much easier.

Check out this delicious Chimichurri Bavette steak recipe! It does look mouthwatering!

I really can’t help but admire the high-quality photos on the booklet, including this one featuring Santa Maria Style Pork Rib End Roast.

I never knew that Roasted Asparagus dish was this easy to make!

Last but not the least is a Caulifower Rice Pilaf recipe. So yummy!

Inside the box is another box and it is surrounded with dry ice.

The smaller box contains all the meat. Ours came in perfect condition.

All the meats arrived frozen solid!

Everything in my box!

Boneless Center Cut Pork Roast. This portion of the pork cut is so meaty and is certainly one of the most tender parts of the pork.

Since this meat was hailed from a lean and active muscle, it contains lesser fat and produces a ton of flavor.

NY Strip Steak. The next cut of meat we got is an NY strip steak. It came from the short loin from a cow and consist of a muscle that does little work, the longissimus, making the meat especially tender.

It approximately weighs up to 10 oz each pack, big enough to provide an adequate amount of meat for a sumptuous meal!

Ground Turkey. It’s made from the mixture of dark and light turkey meat processed together until a ground form emerges. This is the ideal meat to use for burritos, patty, skillets, and other easy to cook dishes.

So light and very easy to cook, it would definitely make a juicy and flavorful burrito!

Bavette Steak. This steak comes from the bavette or flank, which is located just behind the plate and below the loin. It’s a large flat steak, with a very distinct grain running crossways.

This steak is so easy to cook, and it’s ideally marinated, grilled, and sliced thin. It is one of the most popular choices for steak sandwiches or for serving over a fresh salad in buffets and parties.

Beef Tips. These meats come from the tip of the tenderloin cut that is too small for a tenderloin steak. They are small leftover pieces from pretty much trimmed sirloin steaks.

Since it came mostly from the trimmed part of the sirloin steak, it also features a smooth rich texture and a very pronounced beefy flavor too!

Ground Beef. This ground beef is made from 85% lean and 15% fat, perfect for burgers and other general use.

This beef produces a little liquid when cooked, and it doesn’t flare up much when cooked on the grill. It makes a very juicy and flavorful burger, but it doesn’t seem fatty at all.

Pork Tenderloin. Also known as Gentleman’s cut or pork fillet, this meat is a long thin cut of pork on the major muscles along the dorsal side of the rib cage or central spine portion.

Since it’s a cut from the major parts of the tenderloin muscle, it absolutely produces the most tender meat of any cut!

Chicken Cutlets. It is generally the thinner version of whole breast chicken since it is primarily made from small slices of meat from chicken breast.

Chicken breast is known to be the healthiest and meatiest part of chicken meat as it contains lower saturated fats and slightly less cholesterol than dark meat.

Diced Chicken. Aside from the chicken cutlets, we also got 4 pieces of diced chicken which are also made mostly from chicken breast.

This is ideal chicken meat to cook for a quick and satisfying meal!

Karv Organic Mesquite Seasoning. This Organic Mesquite from Karv is basically made from various organic seasonings like garlic, spices, paprika, tomatoes, sugar, onion, and salt with smoke flavor.

It provides a unique flavor profile, sweet and piney, that goes very well with rich, light and dark meats.

This chicken cutlet with potato and green beans is a snap to prepare. The tender meat of roasted chicken pairs perfectly with the crunchy green beans and smooth sweet taste from steam potato.

The chicken is so soft and meaty, and the juice scatters well in every slice. It’s so delicious!

This pork broccoli rice bowl is so delicious. The combination of pork and broccoli works pretty well with the jasmine rice.

It’s a totally satisfying and filling meal!

Cooking this steak is so easy. You can prepare it as an oven roast or, as here, as a pot roast. I simply put it into the Instant Pot, while still frozen solid, with some pepper and spices.

It’s so meaty and juicy. I love to eat this together with my favorite red wine!

I’m really impressed with the selection of meat but unfortunately, Karv already shut down. Still, it’s worth noting that all the meats we got are grass fed, organic, and all-natural. They arrived in deep freeze, and was portioned into manageable sized cuts. I also love the inclusion of the booklet, they are so informative and very detailed. It offers a lot of suggestions and useful tips that would definitely make your cooking easier.
