I had a feeling changes were coming, I have been with them from the beginning and will miss them if they close.
The previous two months the boxes were late and now this box did not have new polishes and one of the items mentioned was not available. Am I the only one concerned?
We have reached out to Julep but no response yet. This is what we have at the end of our last review: Unfortunately, this box was really late – usually received at the start of the month, we got it at the very end of December. They also just laid off over 100 employees, are shuttering their retail businesses, and the assets are being sold to AS Beauty. They are supposed to be continuing, but we could see some changes come to this subscription.
