Each month includes an information card.

On one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I really like these as they help me add some variety to my workouts.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items (and lots of times, a coupon code for buying more of what you like).

Everything in the box.

Go Macro Peanut Butter chocolate Chip Protein Bar. A gluten-free and vegan protein bar, they have a soft texture and they are quite feeling.

The Real coconut Chocolate Chip cookies. A tasty chocolate chip cookie made with plantain flour.

It’s a bit crumbly and dry, but it’s fine.

Run Fit Nutrition Real Fruit Energy Bar – Peach Apricot. Gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, and dairy-free, they remind me of a chewy and sticky sweet fig bars.

They come in two pieces, perfect to portion for your needs, or just to eat in two bites

pureLyft Clean Coffee. These sticks are made to give a boost of caffeine to any drinks. We received a flavorless one, which is perfect in anything, and a Mixed Berry flavor. You get 125mg of caffeine, as well as some Vitamin B12 and Vitamin A.

These sticks are quite easy to use. You can use them two ways. First one, you just need to peel the sticker and stir your drink with it. There are little holes underneath the sticker to get the powder out. The second way is to pop the top and empty the stick in your drink (perfect for a smoothie).

Bubba’s Fine Foods – Blazing Buffalo ‘Nana Chips. Delicious crunchy banana chips, with a hint of cayenne, garlic, onion, mustard, and celery seed.

I was happily surprised that they were not greasy at all, and they have a really satisfying crunch.

The Humble Co. Chewing Gum Tropical Fruits flavor. There were four different flavors possible in this box: tropical fruits, fresh mint, salty licorice, and lemon.

They are sweetened with xilitol (from the Birch tree) and the flavor is not overwhelming, but I found them hard to chew.

Nth Degree Snacks Cocoa Nibs Bar. This bar is made with popped amaranth, honey, pumpkin seeds, and pea protein crisps and packs 5g of plant protein and 8g of fiber.

Protein Crisps Brickoven Pizza. They are little-puffed crisps with a very strong pizza flavor with some garlic, oregano hint. They are quite tasty, but they stick a bit much on my teeth.

This was a nice box, with some savory and sweet treats to fit different lifestyle needs. My favorite this month was the Blazing Buffalo ‘Nana Chips for their crunch and the Run Fit Nutrition Runner’s Real Fruit Energy Bar for my post workout snack.
