Each product has a sheet outside the packaging you can remove that indicates the ingredients, description, purpose and the intended users.
Jane Scrivner Cleansing Balm ($46) With superpower ingredients of beeswax, frankincense, jojoba, and sandalwood, this cleansing balm leaves the skin cleansed, nourished, and radiant. It has essential oils of ylang-ylang that alleviate irritation while brightening and revitalizing the skin. It matches the skin’s sebum that makes it adjusted and suitable for all skin types. The oil from the product has the ideal formula that binds with dirt, makeup, debris and removes it from the skin without stripping the skin’s natural oil.
To use, just massage the balm onto your skin to remove makeup (even the waterproof ones), dirt, and debris. Use the fluffy mitt for gentle removal. Wash with warm water to remove the balm and then run under cool water and pat onto skin for a toned look. Love this – and it removes every speck!
Jane Scrivner OO Cream ($38) After cleansing the face, we can add some moisture into the skin with this cream that contains aloe, calendula, rose, rosehip, and white birch. It has a cooling sensation that promotes clear and even-toned skin.
To use, gently massage the cream on your face and neck after applying day or night facial oil. It locks in the benefits of the oil and keeps the skin hydrated or you can just use this as a moisturizer so you can have a glowing appearance without the skin being shiny. My skin felt super protected after soothing this on!
I love that they provided us 100% cotton mitts and wooden scoops for hygienic purposes and practical use.
Made with botanical blends, the aim of these products is to make us glow from within. A cleansing balm is an innovative approach that separates it from the foamy facial washes. I love the refreshing feeling the cleansing balm has even though it is rather oily at first. It is effective even dissolving waterproof makeup and it’s not harmful or drying to the skin. The sidekick product which is the OO cream is a perfect after-cleansing treatment as well. I love the luxurious feel of these products to my skin and I can’t wait to discover more healthy skin care products through Beauty Heroes!
