We see lots of interesting snacks from this month’s box!

The box is filled to the brim!

This month’s theme is WINTER WONDERLAND!

There are cute activities inside the magazine too!

Here are the items we should be expecting for this month’s curation.

This page of the magazine features Strawberry Tiramisu and DIY Kit Sticky Ramune Candy.

Discover Japan page shares a bit of the local culture every month.

It also features instructions on how you can activate your box so that you can earn rewards, discounts, and more.

Everything inside the box!

Strawberry Tiramisu Kit Kats. Japan is known for lots of unique KitKat flavors so I am really excited when I saw this Strawberry Tiramisu variant!

The KitKats are packed in 2 finger packets, and the packaging looks really adorable with its comical design.

The wafer has the signature bitter-tiramisu taste as it contains coffee and cocoa, while the whole wafer is covered in strawberry-dotted chocolate.

Parade Milkshake. This milkshake in a can tastes like the classic sweet and creamy milkshake that I loved back in the day.

Koikeya Black Pepper Chips. Light and crunchy, these potato chips are sprinkled with black pepper that made them more enjoyable and addicting!

Gudetama Custard Chocolate Bar. I am thrilled when I saw that they included a snack that features our favorite adorable egg, Gudetama! Not only the custard flavor is yummy, but the design is fantastic as it is featured for the character’s 5th Anniversary.

Salty Seaweed Puffs. These puffs are as white as snow so they first look bland, but wait until pop one in your mouth! The rice puffs are sprinkled with salty and savory seaweed flakes, you’ll really feel and love that umami taste!

Crunchy Panda Cookies Party Pack. I also got a large pack of adorable Panda cookies!

They also listed the possible faces you can get at the back of the packaging.

Each cookie is individually packed in a cute white sachet with red linings and more panda faces!

These are fun to open as we’re excited to see what Panda emoticon we are getting! Aside from being fun, they’re crunchy and really delicious too!

Giant Chocolate Bar Puff. This bar is a sweet break from all the savory snacks we are getting from this box! Who doesn’t love chocolate?

Lucky New Year Taiyaki Snack. It’s like being in Japan when you get this popular street snack! The Taiyaki is a sweet snack shaped like a red snapper, or known as tai.

The outside is crispy and the inside is a crumbly air filled chocolate.

Cute Cotton Candy. This fluff ball of candy is fun and sweet, and the kids just love it. The packaging is really cute too!

Calbee Shrimp Sticks Share Pack. We got four small packs of this snack, and they’re good for sharing!

Shrimp sticks, like the rice puff with seaweed flakes, is full of that great umami flavor!

Glico Balanced Nutrition Chocolate Brownie Box. This brownie can serve as a dessert to round up your meal. Try it with milk and you’ll know what I’m talking about! It’s very dense and dry, milk needed!

Sticky Ramune Candy DIY Kit. Every box includes a DIY candy. This month, we got a Sticky Ramune Candy DIY Kit!

This fun kit lets you experience to make your own candy, and have fun!

It came with some tools that you can use to make your treats. There’s a tray mold, spoon, and the packets of candy powder!

Cheesy Umaibo. For this month, we got this delightfully cheesy Umaibo! It’s really one of my favorite flavors!

Savory Wheat Crackers. Another savory snack I got is this pack of wheat crackers!

These light and crunchy crackers have just the right savory taste, and not too salty so this would really do when I want something savory without much salt content (or umami for that matter!).

Every month, Tokyo Treat gives us a bunch of snacks to feast on! For the January box, they included both sweet and savory snacks, and that just balances our taste buds! I love the Gudetama snack which is included to celebrate its 5th anniversary of being just an awesome egg. The sticky ramune kit is fun to do as well, my kids loved it and enjoyed the candy so much! Tokyo Treat doesn’t just send out fun and delicious treats, but also bonds the family together while enjoying some quality time and snacks! We’re really excited for the boxes to come!
