One thing of note – we ordered a subscription during their holiday sale and should have automatically received this box. I had to hassle them about it – it didn’t come automatically and when I wrote to inquire they noted that I hadn’t purchased it. This free gift with purchase was clearly noted at checkout with the purchase of an annual subscription and I thought getting our free box (which were indeed entitled to) took one too many emails!
