Raw Spice Bar Italian Seasoning & Poultry Seasoning. The Italian seasoning mix is packed with herbs and spices including fennel pollen, marjoram, basil, dried oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sage. You can use it for your pasta, pizza, or even herbed crackers.

As for the poultry seasoning mix, it’s herb-based and salt-free. Ingredients include sage, thyme, Tellicherry black peppercorns, Greek oregano, onion granules, garlic granules, and ginger, among others. It’s ideal for making classic roast chicken or turkey.

We used the RawSpiceBar meatball recipe with the Italian seasoning!

Here’s the final product! Indeed, the seasoning made these meatballs tasty. It didn’t overpower the meat but instead enhanced its flavor.

Meatballs and spaghetti, anyone? The flavors here are spot on, thanks to the Italian seasoning mix. The herb and spices can be easily tasted and appreciated by my taste buds. I love it!

Raw Spice Bar Tandoori Masala & Garam Masala. In Indian cuisine, the Tandoori Masala is not just for making your food taste delicious, but it also promotes health and wellness too. For example, the use of chiles and cinnamon can help warm your body which is good for the cold season, while fenugreek helps reduce your bloating. There’s also green cardamom which is useful to help cool you down.

Another Indian cuisine staple is the Garam Masala. It is made with more than 15 whole, toasted spices that are salt-free and freshly grounded before adding to the can. This spice is just what you need to give your vegetables, curries, and chicken tikka masala the authentic Indian taste to it.

We decided to try out the RawSpiceBar Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala recipe. The kitchen is in full swing with my new spices! And I have to say that I love the smell that they are giving off. Some onion being sautéed, with peas, and chicken ready and waiting.

Here’s the finished product! I love the chicken tikka masala, it’s perfect with rice and naan. Just dip the bread in the sauce or mix it with some rice and you’ll feel full in no time.

I love the taste of the spices here because they certainly pack a punch. The aroma is nothing but delicious as well.

Raw Spice Bar Ras El Hanout & Shichimi Togarashi. If you are into Moroccan cuisine, having this spice in your spice rack is a must. It’s a freshly ground spice that is perfect for roasted butternut squash and Moroccan tangines. It contains rosebuds, toasted coriander and cumin, turmeric, and chiles mixed together to create Ras El Hanout.

If you are planning on going Japanese with your holiday cuisine, Shichimi Togarashi is worth trying out. This spice blend brings out the clean and simple flavors that are customary to Japanese meals. Among the ingredients that were used are red chiles, toasted sesame seeds, California orange peel, black peppercorns, and Pacific coast nori seaweed. You can use this in tempuras, soba noodles, grilled meat, and the like.

These baked fries are so scrumptious with its coating of spice. We followed the RawSpiceBar recipe for baked sweet potato fries – you can flavor them up with most of their global spice mixes!

It’s perfect as sides or even as a snack by itself!

Of course, we had to try Shichimi Togarashi with some noodles! It’s true that it brings out a rich and clean flavor. This warm bowl is definitely a cold winter night staple.

Our spices for December are quite impressive! Garam Masala, Tandoori Masala, and Ras El Hanout are sure to give your meals the kick they deserve to make you sweat but in a good way. As for the Italian seasoning, this is the perfect spice to use when you want to elevate your pizza or pasta dishes. The poultry seasoning is a favorite of mine as it has that surprisingly delicious flavor to it. Last but not the least is Shichimi Togarashi that made my noodles taste close to the real thing. I am happy to see that they are salt-free, unlike the blends at the grocery store!
