Gacha Gacha Crate is a new box from Japan Crate that follows the gachapon craze in Japan. Each box contains six hand-selected gachapon capsules that may contain useful accessories, your favorite characters, and a whole lot more.  Boxes start at $28, and shipping is free.

Can’t wait to experience Japan through gachapon! Its concept is similar to surprise eggs and blind bags.

DEAL: Use coupon code HELLO to get $3 off your first box.

The presentation is really kawaii! It’s like a nest containing six gachapon capsules sitting comfortably in orange fillers.

There is a cute note from GachaGacha, saying that one of their products didn’t make it because of the bad weather that they were having, but they made sure that we got something equally nice. What we got instead is a cat hat which is quite popular in Japan.

A magazine is included in the box.

Featured in the magazine is a list of all the best places for hobbies and collectibles in Japan. From Akihabara to Nakano Broadway to Nipponbashi, there are plenty of places to visit!

A list of all the items inside the gachapon capsules is also featured, together with individual photos and a brief description for each.

Everything in my box!

The gachapon capsules came in different colors.

Cat Hat. This hat is just too cute! There are various styles available, and we got the black and white one which looks like a zebra.

It’s made of soft material.

It even comes with a tuft of hair at the back. How cool is that?

It’s not just for cats, the hat fits dogs too!

Adorable!

Ghost Type Slim Magnet. Halloween is over but this ghost type Pokemon featured on a slim magnet is still a welcome addition to our Pokemon collection.

There are various designs available, and we got Gastly!

All the details are spot on, from the eyes to the mouth, and that toothy grin.

It can be used as a ref magnet or a desk accessory.

Animal Ebi Ten. Ebi Ten means prawn tempura in Japanese. There are six Ebi Ten designs available, which features an animal inside a tempura. We got an octopus!

Don’t worry, it’s not for eating. This cute little toy is just for play and display.

Look at that tail! It could’ve been a nice keychain, if only it came with a chain.

Slipper Screen Cleaner. Trust the Japanese to come up with items that are useful and cute at the same time, just like this screen cleaner that looks like a slipper.

It also comes with a hoop so you can attach it to your key ring or on your bag’s zipper for easy use.

The screen cleaner is found at the bottom of the slipper. It works, and it’s quite fun to use too!

Disney Happy Halloween. Subscribers will get one out of five Disney Halloween designs, and we got a Chipmunk!

I think this is Chip from Chip ‘n’ Dale. He looks adorable in his pumpkin outfit for Halloween.

I am really impressed with how they make these toys. From the front to the back, the details are spot on.

Dragon Ball U.D.M. Figure. It’s a Dragon Ball mini-figure! There are various designs available and we got Trunks in Super Saiyan mode. It even comes with a ball chain so you can easily attach it anywhere or bring it wherever you go.

Look at all these cute goodies!

GachaGacha Crate is the newest fun crate from Japan! From the items that I got, the slipper screen cleaner was the most unexpected and the Dragon Ball figure is the highlight. I like Chipmunk mini figure too, as well as the Ebi Ten because they’re cute! Opening gachapon capsules was a great experience and seeing our faves like Disney and Dragon Ball made it even more enjoyable. This is a promising subscription, not just for kids but for anyone who loves Japanese pop culture!
