Bespoke Post has announced that they’ll be charging shipping for all orders $75 and below, including boxes!

Hi,
Steve and Rishi, cofounders at Bespoke Post, here. We just wanted to send you a quick update about your subscription.
We’ll cut right to the chase: As of February 1st, 2019, we’ll begin charging shipping on all orders of $75 or less, including boxes. It’s a small fee — $3.95, as opposed to the $5 we used to charge orders under $45 — but it’ll help us get you the most for your money, month after month.
Let us explain. Since the beginning, we’ve strived to pack the greatest value into every box, all for $45. It hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve been able to keep that price constant for the past seven years — and offer free shipping.
Trouble is, the cost of doing business changed. Freight and material costs went up for both us and the small brands we work with, and inflation, well, inflated. As much as we didn’t want to, we had to adapt.
So about six months ago, we implemented a shipping charge for all new members. Our hope was to delay charging loyal customers (like you) for as long as possible. But now, the time has come. We hope you understand.
