Daily Gratitude Journal by Carrie Elle. This is such a cute little journal, and I think you could color the cover.
It has 20 double-sided pages, so it’s easy to carry around over the Holidays for some “me time.”
Each page lets you record what you are grateful for, your intentions for the day and positive affirmations/notes/other.
Comfort Essential Oil by Bombay & Cedar. This is a blend of all natural lavender, peppermint, wintergreen, frankincense, marjoram, and Spanish rosemary essential oils. The peppermint is the strongest scent, but it has a nice earthy tone that gives it some depth. If you are also subscribed to the Yogi Surprise Jewelry Box, you could add a couple of drops to the lava beads in your mala. It smells really good and is perfect for the incoming Holiday Season!
Citrus Eucalyptus Yoga Mat Cleaner by Mystic Ginger Apothecary. This mist is great to disinfect your yoga mat with eucalyptus, grapefruit and lime essential oils in a witch hazel base. Even though Eucalyptus is the first essential oil listed, it’s not overwhelming and the citrus scent is very balancing while being uplifting. It can also be used around the body.
Headband by Treadband. A lovely headband with a tie knot at the back.
There’s a gripstrip on the inside to keep it in place. The material has moisture wicking abilities.
But I find the knot way too cute to not display it!
Calm Whipped Butter by Butter Depot. This is made with all natural pumpkin seed butter, mango butter, shea butter, avocado oil, fragrance and essential oils of eucalyptus and spearmint.
It has a somewhat dry buttery texture, but it smells so good!

Healing Amethyst Hoop Earrings. Lovely hoop earrings with three amethyst beads on each on a gold colored hoop.
They are cute, simple and not too big or too much. I really liked them.

Once again, I really enjoyed my Yogi Surprise. It was full of tools to take time to be grateful in this busy time of the year by taking care of ourselves. I really like the headband and the whipped butter.
