Merry Christmas and happy holidays! Volume 2 is on the horizon and you do not want to miss out on this one! We have managed to create an even bigger box than the previous gargantuan package from Volume 1.
The second PRIME box was originally scheduled for January of 2019 as per quarterly shipping period (once in October, January, April, July, and so forth). Many of our fans who have subscribed and remain subscribed after Volume 1 however expect the major shipment to arrive for the holiday season rather than after the new year and so we have made adjustments to our operations and production schedule in order to best serve this demand. As a result, moving forward our shipment schedule for PRIME subscription will be once in December, April, July, and October of the year in order to best suit the holiday seasons. Billing date for Volume 2 will be on December 5th, 2018 as that is the last day that we will be accepting orders for December’s PRIME box. After that, there will be no more billing or boxes available until Volume 3 in March to April of 2019’s subscription quarter.
All subscriptions orders must be made no later than 9:00 pm Pacific time on December 5th, 2018 in order and guarantee a box for Volume 2. All current active subscribers will automatically renew and bill on December 5th. Subscriptions that already been paid for Volume 2 will have a secured box and will not be billed twice.
For current active subscribers: If you wish to skip or cancel December’s Volume 2 PRIME box, you may do so by simply logging into your account at www.SuperGeekBox.com to manually cancel your subscription or by emailing us a request at [email protected] by December 5th, 2018.
For inactive subscribers who have canceled: If you wish to order December’s box, you may do so simply by logging into your account and manually re-subscribe or by sending us a request to resubscribe via email at [email protected] by 9:00 pm Pacific time on December 5th, 2018 in order to secure Volume 2.
