Pleybox subscriptions are closing!
Here’s the full announcement:
Five years ago we set on a mission to enrich and delight the next generation with the best in educational toys. We were proud to see thousands of children, every month, excited to receive our Pleyboxes and grateful to witness the Pley community growing.
Yet, every good thing comes to an end, and It’s time to say goodbye. We would like to thank the entire Pley community for being part of this amazing journey: our members, partners, vendors and lastly, our hard-working team.
Why is the Pleybox subscription ending?
Like everything good in life, it must end at some point and our partnerships with the brands we represented was limited in time.
Will my account continue to be charged?
No. Your credit card/paypal account will not be charged and your subscription was cancelled.
I purchased 3 (or more) boxes, will I receive the boxes that I purchased?
Yes! You will be getting ALL the boxes you have purchased at once to your address on file by 12/15/18. If you believe you haven’t received all the boxes by 12/15/18 please check the shipment tracking you received in the email confirmation. If there is still an issue, please email [email protected]
If you received multiple boxes, we recommend saving some for a future date and giving them once a month.
Can I get a refund?
A cash refund will not be provided as agreed in the Terms Of Service at time of sign up. All boxes purchased were sent to all customers.
Why did I receive a box that is not in the subscription line that I signed up for?
Your child might have graduated from the line as you have received already all the boxes in that line. Therefore, they were transitioned to receive the next line which is appropriate to their age.
The tshirt I received is too big/small !
We match the Tshirt size to the size on your profile. Sometimes, mistakes can happen during shipment and we apologize for that in advance.
