Each box includes a card that provides this month’s featured item.
The back of the intro card has a brief description of everything in the box, explaining why each item is such an awesome choice for this curation. Most boxes have a small selection of items — usually one main item and some accessories. You can also add items to some boxes to create a more complete curation — the Feast box had an option to add a Brooklyn Butcher Block cutting board for an a la carte fee.

Hammer Stahl Carving Knife and Fork Set ($89.95) This month’s featured item arrived in an elegant black box with the logo of the maker at the bottom of it.
Hammer Stahl is a North American manufacturer known for its custom high-end stainless steel cookware. They offer 7-ply American Clad cookware and German steel cutlery.
The box is sealed with red Hammer Stahl logo sticker.
It’s a lifetime warranty card! Apart from a warranty on workmanship, they also offer 1/2 price replacement for hazards that are your fault. What a deal! They offer free sharpening, but that shouldn’t be needed until the knives have been used for many years.
Inside the box is Hammer Stahl’s premium knife and fork set, contained in a uniquely shaped compartment.
The first item in the set is this 8 inches carving knife made from premium-quality German high carbon stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57.
It is the best steel type for kitchen knives as it features a high rust resistance with perfect cutting characteristics.
It’s so sharp that it can slice a steak or any meat like a piece of bread. This is the sharpest out-of-the-box steel knife I’ve ever received!
The handle looks so classic, as it features a quad tang design with the logo of HS imprinted near the butt.
The handle’s steel is exposed on all four sides, providing exceptional balance and superior comfort. This is way beyond full tang — this is extreme tang! The wooden inlays at the corners give you the feel of a traditional lacquered wood handle, but design ensures that pressure applied to the handle in any direction is asserted directly on the tang, allowing both complete control and long-term integrity of the handle assembly.
The next item is a 6 inches carving fork. Like the knife, it is also made from high carbon German stainless steel. It is very rare to see this design in a carving fork, as most use a flat fork or tines. This fork has pyramidal tines that are stable and able to withstand pressure in any direction. I feel as though I could lift a roast with these without any concerns about my fork being able to handle it.
The carving fork’s handle looks so awesome, too. It is constructed with the same extreme tang manufacturing as the knife, except that the bolster is minimized. Elegance at its finest!
Bespoke Post always comes up with the best themes, and this month’s box is absolutely perfect for Thanksgiving and upcoming feasting! The knife and carving fork as heirloom quality, extremely sturdy, and deadly sharp. They are just another example of Bespoke providing exceptional tools for every day tasks, elevating the experience and cultivating a sense of refinement. I like the foam-lined box in which the set arrived — complete with magnetic latches, it’s perfect either for gifting or storage. I really love this month’s items and I just can’t wait to put them to use on my Thanksgiving turkey! This subscription’s picks never fail to mix practicality with sophistication, and this is one box I will appreciate for many years to come!
