My Greeting Box is a monthly subscription box of card making materials. Each box includes step-by-step instructions and all the tools and supplies you need to make three different themed greeting cards.

Every subscription box comes with free shipping and is sent in a slim box which fits through most letter boxes.

Despite fitting through my letter box, Royal Mail considered the delivery to be a small parcel, rather than the large letter which it was shipped as, so I received a card asking me to pay a £3 fee for the underpaid item before it could be delivered. Not exactly free shipping then!

October’s box is themed for Halloween, of course! Unfortunately, my box arrived after Halloween as a consequence of the two-day delivery delay caused by underpaid postage. I assume that most subscribers would have received their box much earlier in the month and would have had plenty of time to make their cards before the holiday. I was just unlucky.

Every subscriber receives a personalised letter and some starter supplies in their first box.

Here is a look at all the crafting supplies. There are also a few edible treats, because it is Halloween after all.

A helpful list lets you know exactly what’s in the box.

There are step-by-step instructions for three crafts: a Happy Haunting Card, Trick or Treat Door Card, and a Halloween Treatbox.

The instructions are simple and straightforward, so inexperienced crafters young and old can easily follow along.

There is also a handy instruction card for using the stamps, which is much appreciated as it is not immediately obvious how to use them. The stamp designs are adorable!

Since my box arrived after Halloween, I have stashed it away to use next year. While I was disappointed that my box arrived late, and that I had to pay extra postage, I was happy to see that the supplies are of nice quality and there are enough materials to make multiples of each card. Overall, I think My Greeting Box is a good buy for keen crafters and curious craft novices alike.
