Half It is a monthly subscription box designed for those who have an active lifestyle. For $39 a month, each box contains healthy snacks, sports gear, and other accessories that will make your fitness routine more enjoyable.

DEAL:  Get free shipping on your first box! That’s $7.99 savings! Use coupon code HSFREE.

The box is so full, there’s no room for a card!

Underneath the shirt are more items!

Everything in my box! The focus of the box is definitely on fueling your body!

Adidas T-Shirt. It’s a comfortable black tee with the Adidas logo printed on the center in red.

This is a great shirt to wear during your fitness routine, but it’s great even on any casual day. It’s made of 100% cotton.

Hydro Flask Wide Mouth 18oz. Tumbler ($29.95) It’s a water bottle that comes in handy during a training session. I like that it can keep my beverage hot or cold without any spills or mess.

What’s cool about this tumbler is that it has a double wall vacuum insulation, which means that you can keep either hot or cold drinks at temperature for extended periods of time. It can keep your hot beverage hot for 12 hours, and cold drinks can be kept chilly for up to a full 24 hours!

The Hydro Flask is made from pro-grade stainless steel, so it won’t stain or retain flavors from last week’s soup. It’s BPA and toxin free, and it has a sweat proof finish, too — an important trait for a workout bottle! Unlike other tumblers that have condensation on the outside, this one doesn’t have one, so you will have a better grip on your tumbler.

It also comes with a handle, so you can bring it with you easily. It also makes twisting the top off easier.

It comes with a lifetime warranty.

I like that the tumbler has a wide mouth. It drinks like a cup and makes the bottle suitable for use as a thermos.

Dang Sticky-Rice Chips ($7.49) These sriracha flavored sticky rice chips are yummy! It contains 30% less fat compared to your usual potato chips, and it’s even keto friendly. It’s also dairy-free, gluten-free, and GMO-free. I thought it was cool to see that these are sweetened with cane sugar and watermelon juice!

Clif Bar Energy Chocolate Chip Bar ($0.71) Made from organic rolled oats and chocolate chips, this energy bar can be a part of your pre or post-workout routine. It’s not just delicious, but it packs a lot of complex carbs, making it a good choice for long workouts and adventures.

REDD Energy Chocolate Bar ($2.75) REDD Bar packs in everything you need in an energy bar, including some caffeine to kick things off. The energy bar contains several superfoods, plus it is gluten-free and vegan. It’s filling and it can keep your energy levels steady before, during, and after your workout.

RX Bar Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Bar ($1.72) RX Bar likes to keep things simple, using very few ingredients to create a more natural protein bar. It’s made with egg whites, almonds, cashews, and dates, cocoa, and sea salt — and that’s about it. The combination of chocolate and sea salt is a nice balance of sweet and salty.

Bulletproof Fudge Brownie Collagen Protein Bar ($3.61) This bar packs in 11 grams of protein, but it also provides a huge helping of collagen, a nutrient that is loaded with the amino acids used to build healthy bones, joints, and skin. Athletes are always conscious about their protein needs, but it’s a good idea to take care of your body’s supporting framework, too. The collagen protein it contains come from grass-fed cows.

Lara Bar Chocolate Chip Brownie Food Bar ($1) It’s a healthy snack bar made from only six ingredients: almonds, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, walnuts, and sea salt. The chocolate and nuts taste perfect together. It’s not too sweet and it sits well in the stomach too.

Epic Bar Chicken Sriracha Protein Bar ($2.13) EPIC Bars recognize the superb value of meat as a protein source. I love both the concept and the taste! It’s made from real chicken and flavored with a red pepper and garlic sriracha seasoning.

It’s packed with protein, making it a perfect post-workout snack. It’s also ideal to bring for a filling snack on the go. It’s not overly greasy, and it isn’t as tough or stringy as jerky.

Kind Dark Chocolate Chili Almond Bar ($1.17) The combination of nuts and spices in this bar is quite unique, but I love the taste of chili and chocolate. The heat doesn’t linger too long, but it plays really well against the dark chocolate. KIND bars are some of the tastiest out there, and they have a ton of nuts in them. It’s also packed with monounsaturated fats, protein, and vitamin E, all of which can help boost your energy levels.

Health Warrior Dark Chocolate Chia Bar ($2.10) This dark chocolate snack bar is packed with chia seeds, known for their protein and fiber content. It also contains 1000 mg of omega-3s and only 3 grams of sugar.

Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier in Lemon Lime ($1.46) Formulated to instantly boost hydration, this electrolyte drink mix needs to be mixed with 16 oz of water. It uses cane sugar as a base, but we are assured that it is used functionally as a delivery mechanism and not added as a flavor enhancer — stevia extract is used as a sweetener. It’s not just for athletes, but for those who are always on the go as well. Ingredients include mine salt, cane sugar, vitamin C, and potassium. It’s loaded with B vitamins, too.

It’s my first box from Half It, and I’m pretty impressed with the contents! The curation included lots of useful things for fitness enthusiasts, including a shirt, a water bottle, and a variety of healthy snacks. The snack bars are all interesting, and they are definitely the focus of this subscription. They have different tastes and textures, and I thought they did a good job of selecting items that emphasized different aspects of training nutrition — natural foods, low sugar, protein delivery, collagen replenishment, hydration, and carb delivery. All were enjoyable selections, too — am impressive feat in a field littered with less-than tasty options. This is a great box for any fitness conscious individual, and I’m looking forward to discovering more practical fitness stuff from this subscription!
