Each month includes an information card – on one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I really like these as they help me add some variety to my workouts.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items (and lots of times, a coupon code for buying more of what you like).

Everything in the box.

Love Grown Foods- Cinnamon Lion Loops. I’m glad we received another cereal snacks this month, I like them as an easy afternoon snack. They are made with beans (Navy, lentils and garbanzo beans) and they contain 7g of sugar for 90 calories.

Smash Pack Protein smoothie – Orange Peach. This is a different take on a protein shake or protein bar. It has 14g of protein and 16g of sugar. It’s made with real fruits (banana, apple, pear, peach, orange juice) and whey protein.

Munk Pack Coconut White chip Macadamia. A plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free protein cookie that tastes like a cookie. The serving portion is supposed to be half a cookie (180 calories and 9g of protein), but no one would not eat the whole thing!

Geo Protein Bars – Cookie dough. We received two of this 20g protein, 15g of fiber and 224 calories bar.

It was a really chewy bar, and it tasted like a peanut butter cookie dough. The chocolate chips gave it a nice texture, almost crispy bits.

RX Nut Butter – Vanilla Almond Butter. I like these little packages of nut butter. First, it’s already portioned, so you don’t go overboard with the spoon and a jar! I like the twist with the egg white to add more protein and to fluff up the butter, and the date to sweeten it.

Pasta Chips – Marinara. A baked treat, it’s crispy and packs a ton of flavor. This one tasted like tomato sauce, but it was good!

Just the Cheese – Aged Cheddar. Low carb, high protein snacks, I should have liked it as it’s cheese, but it has a weird aftertaste and it’s a bit too greasy to fully enjoy the crisp.

Vahdam 100% Pure Indian Teas – Assorted.  We received an assortment of single-serve tea bags. I was surprised to get this as we received a big bag of Vandam teas in our August box.

I received an Oolong Tea, two Green Teas, a herbal tea and a Chai Tea.

As usual, we enjoyed our FitSnack box! There’s always a nice mix of sweet and savory treats. I like when we have some favorites from previous boxes (like the cereals) and when we have more than one of a treat so we can share or enjoy more of it!
