They feature full and travel-sized products and promises that the box will contain at least $100 worth of items. Everyone receives the same products, although makeup colors or scents may differ, at least you will know what you’re getting if you decide to purchase the box after you see the contents.

TIP: You can subscribe to BeautyFIX and receive this exact box – it’s usually available all the way through the end of the month!

This month’s theme is Planes, Trains & Beauty.

If you want to purchase the full-size items, you can visit Dermstore’s online shop and save up to 20% by using the provided code.

The product information card includes each item’s name with a short description. They switched it up, along with a new box design, to be all on one sheet.

Everything in the November box!

Ursa Major Essential Face Wipe ($1.20) There are two individually wrapped bamboo wipes in the box. It’s an award-winning multi-tasker that contains a 4-in-1 essential face tonic formula that cleans, exfoliates, soothes, and hydrates your skin. It also has a refreshing aroma and can substitute a cleanser when you are too lazy to wash your face. A gym bag must have!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer in Park Ave Princess ($10.31) It’s easy to obtain a coveted beach glow, even during fall, using this natural-looking waterproof bronzer with a matte finish. The bronzer is never patchy and very easy to blend. It doesn’t have parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, or gluten.

To use, just gently buff directly to your cheekbones and to the contours of your face to add color.

It’s powered by Amazomian clay and mineral pigments. The formula has a silky, streak-free powder consistency and Tarte bronzer is just always a winner for me.

It can be as subtle as you want it to be, and it can also be buildable. The swatch looks natural and suits my skin color very well. There’s plenty in the pan – no teeny sample here!

Raw Spirit Midnight Pearl Eau de Parfum ($5.69) The scent is inspired by the evening breeze of the tropical shores of Bali with the scent of jasmine, frangipani, and burning incense. A portion of sales supports the child education in north Bali.

The spray packaging and the scent feels sophisticated with the cardboard backing that has a lot of information about the perfume.

SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream ($9.86) It’s an anti-aging face moisturizer that addresses concerns for dryness and dehydration, sun and free radical damage. The key ingredients are panthenol, algae extract, aloe vera, squalene oil, and hyaluronic acid. It is free of sulfate, parabens, and phthalates.

For best results, the cream is recommended to be applied on your face and neck twice daily. I thought it was nicely hydrating with a good scent and I’m happy that it attacks dark spots!

Caudalie Vinosource Sorbet ($15) Lightweight and fast-absorbing, this gel-cream instantly hydrates skin and eliminates dull and uneven texture. It can also be a solution for blurring fine lines and wrinkles. The formula includes organic grape water, chamomile, patented grape seed polyphenols, and Vinolevure which strengthens skin. I like that it melts upon application on my skin. It also works well under make-up. If you want a cooling and refreshing moisture, you can store it in the fridge. The best thing is that it’s vegan, cruelty-free, non-toxic, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic! This one is always a fave for through the day moisturizer for me – I keep it on my desk, I just love the texture!

Elemis Pro-Definition Day Cream ($32.95) It’s a plumping, tightening and firming day cream that combines plant stem cells and arjuna bark to restore skin. It has starflower oil and Lupin to also restore the tone and texture of skin so it won’t sag or lose definition. To use, just apply to your cleansed face every morning. This is a great item to combat aging or for more mature skin. Is it worth the price tag? I don’t know, but I’m happy to try it out inexpensively in this box!

LANCER Omega Hydrating Oil ($75) A few drops this oil is enough to keep my face nourished. It’s lightweight and it promotes hydration and healthier skin for all skin types. To use, just warm into your hand and spread on your face and neck.

It has omega fatty acids 3, 6, and 9 so that the formula will be absorbed quickly by the skin. It is also formulated with 10% Ferment Complex that helps lock in moisture and blur fine lines.

The hero of the box – this pricey Lancer item is full sized!! The yellow hue can be attributed to infused turmeric and chlorophyllin-copper complex that minimizes the redness and irritation of the skin. It just feels super luxurious

The November 2018 BeautyFix includes some travel essentials like day cream, moisturizers, and hydrating face wipes. It’s perfect for the drying cold weather too. They even gave us a tropical inspired scent and the Tarte bronzer so that we won’t miss summer!   The hydrating oil is the only full size out of the bunch and is the most expensive at $75. Not bad for having about $150 in value out of this box. It’s always an exciting experience opening this well-curated subscription!
