Walmart Beauty Box is a quarterly sample box – just $5 for the shipping and handling. If you want a sampling experience for items you can buy at Walmart, this is your box!

This is a review of the Fall 2018 Walmart TRENDSETTER Beauty Box!

See the full spoilers for the Classic box here.

This is what you see when you first open the box.

You can rate and review their products on their website.

You also have a chance to win a $100 gift card when you do.

Here are all the items in the Walmart Beauty Box Fall 2018, trendsetter edition. Items may (and probably will) vary!

Soo’AE Black Charcoal Bubble Sheet Mask ($2.50) It’s a mask infused with micro-oxygen bubbles combined with activated black charcoal to remove impurities, acne, and blemishes. It also refines pores, removes dead skin cells, and improves radiance with the blend of fruit extracts.

You can leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. There’s no need to rinse off after. It made my tired skin feel refreshed and rejuvenated in no time.

Nivea Aloe Vera Body Lotion ($0.32) Nivea lotion’s non-greasy formula relieves the skin from dryness. This one contains aloe vera and it smells refreshing.

The lotion is lightweight, so the skin absorbs the formula easily.

Kleenex Wet Wipes ($0.12) Ideal whether for your hand or your face, these wet wipes are thick yet soft and gentle. It’s hypoallergenic and formulated without alcohol, parabens, sulfates or phthalates too.

Garnier Whole Blends Shampoo ($0.09) It’s a lightweight shampoo that cleans, moisturizes, and softens hair. It’s paraben-free and has natural extracts, including oat milk and rice cream.

Garnier Whole Blends Conditioner ($0.09) To pair with the shampoo is this conditioner made with the same blend. It also helps restore the natural beauty of hair.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar ($0.99) I love Cetaphil because they’ve always been a pioneer hypoallergenic brand. It has a non-irritating, gentle, and non-comedogenic formula that is perfect for every age. It moisturizes, cleanses and even ideal for face or full body cleansing. It restores the skin’s natural protective oils and rinses easily.

Cetaphil Hydrating Eye Gel-Cream ($0.85) There’s another Cetaphil item in the box and this time it’s a gel-cream formula that is designed to deeply hydrate, and brighten the under eye area for a well-rested look. It’s suitable for all types of skin, even the sensitive ones. The key ingredients are hyaluronic acid, licorice extract, and vitamin complex.

Biore Charcoal Cleansing Micellar Water ($1.62) Specially formulated for oily skin, I got a micellar water which can be used as a refreshing cleanser or a makeup remover. It easily dissolves heavy makeup and removes dirt and oil from pores as well. Just wet a cotton pad and wipe all over face until it’s completely clean. For the eyes, you can hold the pad over the eyes for a few seconds before wiping, no need for harsh rubbing. No need to rinse and you can use it daily.

Hello Toothpaste ($1.20) Without the use of peroxide or synthetic dyes, this toothpaste removes plaque and freshens breath with the use of activated charcoal. It’s vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, synthetic dyes, microbeads, parabens, sulfates, and gluten. Don’t be shocked by the black teeth when you brush them!

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara ($1.54) The hypoallergenic washable mascara has a doubling formula that glides on smoothly and conditions as it thickens.

It has a lash-building, classic volume brush that is contact lens safe and gives great-looking lashes without clumping.

Each sample has a promotional card if you want to know more about the product.

This curation of skin care products can easily be in your travel kit. They are all multitasking products that can be beneficial for an on-the-go lifestyle but some samples are single-use only. Anyway, they pretty much covered the grooming essentials. Overall, I got products that come from a long time and well-known brands, some are exciting and some are not but at least I still got almost $10 worth of items. Definitely a lot of charcoal in this box, and as usual quite a few packets, but enough of the larger sizes to keep us happy! One thing I’ve noticed recently is that I’m much more approving of the ingredients in the items that Walmart is sending, and I hope this trend contuinues.
